Sandy Hook Victim Rachel D'Avino Died Days Before A Wedding Proposal
There are so many tragic tales coming out of Newtown, CT, it's impossible to begin to comprehend them all.
Rachel D'Avino was a behavioral therapist employed at Sandy Hook Elementary, and she will never know that her boyfriend Anthony Cerritelli planned to propose to her on Christmas Eve.
According to close friend Lissa Lovetere Stone, Anthony had just asked Rachel's parents for permission to take their daughter's hand in marriage and he planned to pop the question in several days.
Lissa says Rachel was an exemplary individual, especially in caring for children with special needs. She revealed:
