Looks like this one has ALREADY gotten messy!

To recap, Gloria Allred negotiated a $10 million settlement for Tiger Woods' alleged mistress Rachel Uchitel, which went through mere HOURS before Uchitel was going to hold a "tell-all news conference" about the golf star.

For her and everyone who lost someone on September 11th, we imagine there is a great sense of closure this morning.

Before she was linked to Tiger Woods and David Borenanz, Rachel Uchitel had only one man in her life - her fiancee, Andy O'Grady. Sadly, Andy was in the South Tower of the World Trade Center the day it was struck by a plane as order by Osama Bin Laden. Rachel searched tirelessly for her love, but he was lost in the attack and Rachel was heartbroken.

Last night, after it was announced that Osama Bin Laden had been killed, Rachel was reached for comment and shared how "happy" she was to hear the news. She explained:

"This is the biggest news we have received as a country in almost 10 years. Now we Americans finally have justice and maybe we can all sleep just a bit better at night. Andy would be so honored to know he's part of history as an American hero for his sacrifice on that day. He's celebrating for sure right now with all those he died with and that makes me so happy."

As we said, we know this brings a lot of closure for those who lost loved ones on that awful day and while this will in no one bring those people back, it perhaps has saved others from a similar fate.

Well, this is something we did NOT see coming!

Tiger's former #1 mistress, Rachel Uchitel says that she plans on going back to school to become a private investigator.

She told sources:

"I decided to go back to school and get my private investigation license! I’ve learned to shoot a weapon. I had to Taser someone the other day.

I had to get pepper sprayed, so I know what the effects are — so much fun! I had the best time ever! I’ve already gone under cover, I’ve done process serving. In court, we actually do real stuff for the investigator who’s teaching or class, so it’s very cool.

I’m going to work under my professor, Dale Gustafson, who runs DGA Detectives. I will take the test and actually be able to open up my own business under Dale’s license with him as a mentor until I get the hours under my belt to get my own license."

And it sounds like Miss Uchitel is ready to get down to some serious business! She adds:

"Having my own detective agency would be something I’d love to do. I’m actually trying to convince some of my friends to invest in cadaver dogs and come down with me on vacation to Orlando to search for a missing girl. I’ve been obsessed with finding missing people for so long."

It sounds like Rachel will focus most of her energy on her new professional career as she says that her dating life is pretty non-existent at the moment. She says:

"It’s hard to find somebody who can be accepting of all the stuff that they’ve read and choose to be with me for who I really am. Obviously, there are a lot of guys that are kind of around, but… it’s more my fault than anyone else’s. I guess I’m kind of scared of dating."

And when asked what would be a deal breaker, she says, "If they’re dating somebody or married. If somebody lied to me about anything, I wouldn’t date them."

LOLs! Um, pretty ironic, if you ask us! Too bad she didn't take her own advice BEFORE allegedly having an affair with Tiger.

What a diva!!

Tiger's former #1 mistress, Rachel Uchitel has refused to fly out from New York to El Lay to attend the premiere of Celebrity Rehab - which she currently stars in BTW - because she couldn't get a seat in first class!!

Seriously??

She even settled on flying to Vegas instead, but the flight was canceled so now she's shizz out of luck!

Honey, you may be worth $10 million, but come on, you can survive ONE flight in coach, can't you??

Tiger Woods' mistress numero uno Rachel Uchitel has revealed that one of her high profile lovers hit and strangled her while they were on vacation in Bora Bora.

According to a friend the violent episode went down back in May of 2009, when "He locked her in their bungalow for two days without clothes or a way to get out."

Scary!

Rachel says she didn't tell the cops about the abuse because she was "in love" with him.

The unidentified and probably soon to be revealed mystery man eventually felt bad and Rachel forgave her lover.

Still doesn't make it right, but thankfully she's moved on. We hope.

Despite getting a ridiculous pay-off after her affair with Tiger Woods, #1 mistress Rachel Uchitel is allegedly studying forensic investigation in a two year master's program for forensic psychology in El Lay!

Dare we say someone is turning her life around??

And Rachel Uchitel doesn’t take no for an answer!

After being denied from buying a $2 million condo, she kept searching, and now she’s found, and purchased, another $2 million condo in a very exclusive area in Manhattan.

Sources say that Uchitel purchased her new condo for the asking price, but what does she care? It’s all on Tiger’s dime anyway!

The homeowner’s association for her new building reportedly did not want her to move in, but unlike the previous building which refused to sell to her, it looks like these guys were all talk!

The word is that one of Rachel’s major motivations for purchasing this apartment was to have a place that would be well suited for a family to wreck.
