We're totally gonna miss Kelly Bensimon's on-camera antics… and how will we ever survive without the turbulent friendship of Bethenny Frankel and Jill Zarin???

Countess LuAnn, Sonya, and Ramona are NOT happy with their Bravo production team!
It seems like the ladies who lunch, led by Ramona, have gone on a strike (of sorts) by refusing to film past the agreed production end date of the upcoming Housewives season. Most notably, they did NOT film any scenes at this year's Fashion Week!
Apparently, filming is taking far longer than expected, and the original NY Housewives are just NOT taking it this year.

Since Bravo gave Jill Zarin and Alex McCord the boot, they're able to pay LuAnn de Lesseps and Ramona Singer the big bucks!
Normally paid $275,000 for 16 episodes, both Real Housewives of New York stars are now being paid $500,000 to tape 18 episodes.
That's almost $28,000 an episode!!! Just think of all the jewelry they can buy now!
But of course, there's already gossip that the new girls are complaining about the difference in pay.

Countess LuAnn is one of the few ladies left from the early years of The Real Housewives of New York. As you have very well heard by now, the cast has been wiped clean save for herself, Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan. The rest of the ladies have been let go in order to usher in a new set of housewives for the coming season.
Keeping things classy as always, LuAnn hasn't spoken in much detail about her cast and the firing, but during the Housewives tour stop in Atlantic City Saturday night, the Countess finally gave her two cents … on EVERYTHING!
