It appears Kanye West is now facing his very own, multimillion-dollar lawsuit…for infringement on his 2005 smash hit, Gold Digger!

So while the track, off of Yeezy's album Late Registration, mainly samples Ray Charles' I Got A Woman, it also allegedly borrows David Pryor's "get down" chant from his 1974 track with Thunder & Lightning, Bumpin' Bus Stop…at least 50 TIMES!
However, the musician was incredibly sick back in 2005, and passed away in 2006, never realizing where his voice had ended up!
