Honestly, at first we were just expecting to see Ryan Lochte getting all frat in our faces (while being handsome, though) during his new reality show, What Would Ryan Lochte Do?!

What we didn't expect was to see him cry when talking about how much his family means to him, while recollecting what it was like to win his first gold medal! Seriously, it's absolutely touching, and we can only hope the show has some more actual real moments like this in between all the stuff we'll roll our eyes at… without actually looking away!

We've already got a sneak peek at two different AH-MAYZING trailers for Ryan Lochte's reality show, What Would Ryan Lochte Do?, but nothing beats a SUPERtease that shows us what the show is really about!!

In the clip (above), we get a full-on view of how Ryan lives his life, which is crazy to see because this whole time we thought that Lochte's life was just full of JEAHs, but he definitely proved us wrong.

The swimmer is not only extremely family-orientated, but he also loves his friends and admits that he WANTS to find his soul mate one day.

Awwww!

This is making us wanna watch his show a lot more, but unfortunately, we're gonna have to wait until it debuts on April 21.

We've been anticipating Ryan Lochte's reality show, What Would Ryan Lochte Do? for over two months, and now that we already saw one bro-tastic teaser, we're getting a look-see at another fab preview!!

In his latest trailer, the Olympic swimmer and his buddies indulge in Ryan's favorite catchphrase, JEAH, and because we cannot wait to see the show… this teaser got us saying HELL JEAH.

We're not quite sure how many jeahs we're gonna be able to handle, so luckily for us, he's gonna try to make other phrases popular during his stint on his show.

Ryan Lochte's dreams are literally coming true!

He was spotted hanging out with Carmen Electra at a club, and things were apparently pretty flirty!

Ryan must've been so happy because he went online and called her his "biggest crush since childhood."
