It's true! Bruce just purchased Adam Clayton's NYC apartment for a cool $8 million — even though the U2 bassist had it listed for $8.695 last October. So, not only did he get a FAB rock and roll pad, he got a discount! Sweet!

Apparently the place is an “art deco gem,” which boasts a view of Central Park in three of the rooms and the large master suite! It's a large place too, as Adam converted two separate units into one, and then filled it with high-end appliances, custom cabinetry, slate countertops and terrazzo floors.

With three bedrooms and four baths, it sounds perfect for entertaining house guests!

We'll give you notice before we come knockin', Bruce! Ha!

Yeah, get rid of all that nasty juju girl!

It seems that before Halle Berry's fiancé Olivier Martinez and her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry engaged in fisticuffs (resulting in a nasty facewound for the latter party!) Mz. Berry secretly put her West Hollywood home on the market!

Hmm… we wonder if this was a calculated move perhaps?

Was she preparing for a near future France move once regaining custody of Nahla after an accused Gabriel lost his rights?!

Hmmmm indeed!!

Well, whatever Halle's motivation for selling the 5-bedroom mansion, one lucky person who has $15 million dollars will be able to boast that yes, this IS the same driveway where Gabriel Aubry's face got transformed into a bloody marshmallow.
