The Dead Like Me star was spotted picking up her adorable daughter Billie Dane from daycare where Billie needed a little help from Mom to get through the gate.

Billie seemed upset about the behavior report that went to Rebecca, but Mommy assured her that everything was fine and that she had a perfect little daughter.

Eric Dane and his wife, Rebecca Gayheart, are furious with their El Lay neighbor Billy Corgan because one of the Smashing Pumpkins' trees smashed right through their roof.

Ouchie!

The incident in question happened last fall and thankfully, no one was hurt. However, the lawsuit charges that the rock star essentially put their entire family in jeopardy by failing to remove eucalyptus trees on his property that were a known risk.

They love 'em so much that the parents will even wear matching outfits just to make sure their kids will always be able to spot at least one of theirs parents out of the crowd.

The family went to Bel Air to hit up the Farmers Marker and their daughter Billie was able to meet some new friends.

Sunday funday, indeed!

Eric Dane took his pretty women — wife Rebecca Gayheart and daughter Georgia Geraldine — shopping on Sunday afternoon in El Lay.

The family were out and about in the Brentwood area. Hopefully they didn't spend too much because McSteamy is out of a job at Grey's Anatomy.
