Josh Duhamel, actor and hunk, was out and about in Santa Monica, CA yesterday!

It might have been one of the three overcast days El Lay has had all year, but that didn't stop Josh from hitting the sand for a run!

Rain or shine, the Red Cross was going to have their third annual youth run!

The NHL hasn't been doing much lately, other than not agreeing with anything the player's union says and pissing off hockey fans everywhere.

Finally, they've done something good.

Not in regards to hockey though, things still look as bleak as ever.

The NHL is asking that their fans donate to the Red Cross disaster relief fund to help victims of Hurricane Sandy.

EMI is bringing together a number of their artists and songwriters to raise money for the Red Cross. Each artists/band will be aucitioning off memorabilia for people to buy, and proceeds go directly to the Red Cross efforts in Japan.

Some of the artists participating include Coldplay, The Beatles, Daft Punk, 30 Seconds to mars, The Beastie Boys, Norah Jones, Katy Perry, Gorillaz, the Beach Boys, Good Charlotte, Kylie Minogue, The Kooks, Lady Antebellum, Billy Corgan of Smashing Pumpkins, and Arcade Fire.

The support for Japan from all parts of the world has been truly inspiring.

On Sunday, Fergie, Paris Hilton, Nicky Hilton, and Josh Duhamel all participated in the “Youth Run 4 Japan” race in Santa Monica.

The race raised money for the American Red Cross Japan Relief Fund.

Colombia is currently going through its worst rainy season in 60 years, and things are not going well for residents of the country. Over 136 people have died and 1.3 million have been affected. Some of the towns are completely submerged .

Many feel they are not receiving the aid they need, so they’re trying to raise money by auctioning autographed celebrity memorabilia to help raise money. Along with others, Shakira Juanes (Colombian Musician and Latin Grammy winner), Diego Torres (Argentine Grammy Award-nominated pop singer and composer), and Sofia Vergara (Colombian Actress, Modern Family) have all pitched in.

We hope things get better in Colombia, and that these celebrities pull in some big bucks for these people!
