Sounds like gurlfriend is NOT messing around!
After a story circulated that Lindsay Lohan was spotted drinking two glasses of red wine at Gjelina restaurant in Venice before turning herself in to serve her house arrest sentence yesterday, her camp is reportedly so upset that they're threatening to take legal action!
Cease and desist letters have allegedly gone out, while the formerly hard-pAArtying actress is claiming that she merely dined on salmon and coke!
Here's hoping she's not just getting all fired up over a guilty conscience!

Everyone knows red wine is good for you, but it turns out a lot of people don’t understand that getting DRUNK off wine negates the health benefits!
A new survey revealed that while 76% of adults knew that red wine can be good for your heart, only 30% knew the American Heart Associations’s (AHA) recommended limits for daily consumption (no more than two drinks per day for men, and one for women).
The survey also found that the majority of respondents also mistakenly believe that sea salt is a low-sodium alternative to table salt.
The problem with these misconceptions is that excess drinking and too much salt can lead to a number of health problems, including heart disease.
Said AHA spokesman Dr. Gerald Fletcher, professor of medicine:
"This survey shows that we need to do a better job of educating people about the heart-health risks of overconsumption of wine, especially its possible role in increasing blood pressure."
The lesson here is this: If you here something is healthy for you (i.e. drinking red wine), RESEARCH it first! Don’t just start getting drunk off of wine! LOL!

Matt McConaughey’s a strange man in the funnest way possible.
He recently talked with Access Hollywood about how he stays fit. His secret? Red wine.
Matt pretty much just uses red wine as a substitute for beer (a good choice).
As long as it’s in moderation, red wine is great for you!

Ashton Kutcher will testify in a trial for Michael Gargiulo, a serial killer who's been accused of murdering Ashton's ex-girlfriend Ashley Ellerin, back in 2001.
Kutcher reportedly missed a romantic dinner date with Ashley that night, and when he returned to her home, he saw a pool of blood through the window, which he mistook for red wine.
He thought she spilled the wine out of anger, so he drove away from the house. He had no idea that she had been stabbed 35 times by neighborhood acquaintance Gargiulo, who's also on trial for the murder of two other women, and the attempted murder of yet another.
Keep your head up, Ashton! We're sure this is tough, but you're doing the right thing by testifying.
We hope this awful man is brought to justice!

All of this over a rug?
Bruce Willis has been slapped with a lawsuit after he returned a $27,000 oriental rug that he refused to pay for and was stained with red wine!
According to the lawsuit, the El Lay store Mansour delivered the rug to Willis' home in December and made it clear that all sales were final. Willis then tried to return it six weeks later, now stained with red wine. He apparently hadn't paid for it yet.
Bruce's lawyer, Marty Singer, claims the rug was never supposed to be purchased - it was lent on consignment, and the actor offered to clean it.
Good lord! How much red wine did they spill on that thing?
What do U think?? Is the rug store trying to take advantage of Bruce Willis or is he being cheap??
