Lindsay LohanRedmond O'Neal has finally completed his rehab program.
The son of the late actress Farrah Fawcett was in a Los Angeles courtroom yesterday to mark the end of his treatment program. After five months, Redmond looked ready to start over again and even hugged the Superior Court Judge upon receiving the official word that he was a free man.
It hasn't been an easy time for Redmond over the past year, but we think he's finally gone the distance.(Or at least we really hope so!)
After leaving the courthouse, Redmond released a statement through his lawyer, saying:
"My plan is to move forward with my life, clean and sober. I am going to do so privately and with as much quiet dignity as I can."
Good for you, boy! We think your mom is very proud of you, wherever she is now.
“I was talking to a medium. I was hoping my dad [Aaron Spelling] would come through. Farrah Fawcett came through in my reading loud and clear. It was really awkward for him as well. He’s like, ‘I have never had this happen.’"
Well Farrah was on Aaron's show Charlie's Angels! Tori continues:
“She wanted me to give a message to her family about how she was doing and what was going on and I’m like, ‘Great! She really picked the wrong person…I actually wrote a letter to Ryan O’Neal and gave it to him so I was like, he’s either going to think I’m completely crazy or he’s going to say, ‘Wow! Some of this makes sense,’ because she gave very specific details of things to tell them.
"I did and I included that in the note to Ryan saying, ‘Please pass this on to Redmond… She really wanted him to know these things.' I haven’t heard from Ryan so I don’t know, you know, I’m hoping you know he understood what I was trying to say and doesn’t think I’m some loony."
Ryan O'Neal is in the midst of making a sequel to the documentary he made with his lover Farrah Fawcettwhile she was alive. He has approached several major people in her life to be apart of the project and most of them have snubbed him completely!
Among those who have told Ryan to get lost are her 92-year-old father James, her former husband Lee Majors and even his son, Redmond O'Neal. Redmond is especially pissed off at his father as he is reportedly " fed up with the money-grubbing exploitation of his dead mother."
Can't argue with that! It's coming up on a year. Let the woman have some peace.
Regardless, we don't see the project folding without the trio, though it won't make for much of a documentary without them. Now, it will probably be an hour and a half of Ryan sobbing and gabbing about his beloved Farrah. Who the hell wants to see that?!
