Not only did her hubby Jim Toth get arrested for being under the influence while driving, but the Sweet Home Alabama actress also got thrown in the slammer for being drunk and acting all sorts of cray toward the police!!

But now that she spent some hours in the big house and is back home in El Lay, she's excited that she's with her children after all the DRAMz went down.

Honestly, we were surprised she made the Moma appearance two days after the arrest!

Even if she is "deeply embarrassed" by what happened, Reese has been in the industry long enough to know the SHOW MUST GO ON!

Chelsea Handler, the host of Chelsea Lately, recently gave her two cents on Reese Witherspoon’s arrest. And we're glad she did!
