Simon Cowell, if you're reading this, you may need to brace yourself with a lot of Diet Pepsi!

We practically had a heart attack after it was reported that Demi Lovato would be leaving X Factor, and now it comes out that last night's performance finale was the lowest rated regular Wednesday episode in its entire run!

If we were Simon, we'd pop out of our tightly fitted tee shirt with RAGE…just like the Hulk!

SRSLY this is not a good week for Simon, Paulina Rubio, and Kelly Rowland!

X Factor only earned a 1.3 rating in the 18-49 demographic, which was still a little more than their pre-Thanksgiving episode, but that was listed as a "special."

While the show is losing Demi so she can focus on her music, it lost the rating's battle to

Eating Greek yogurt is becoming increasingly popular these days. Although it is smoother, has a stronger flavor and is less sweet than regular yogurt, is it healthier for you?

Here's food for thought:

- Both the non-fat and low fat kinds of these yogurts are healthy for you, because they are loaded with calcium and "good" bacteria.

- The same serving of Greek Yogurt is thicker, has half the sugar and twice the protein as
regular yogurt.

- A 6-ounce serving of Greek Yogurt contains 15 to 20 grams of protein or the same amount in 2 to 3 ounces of lean meat. While the same serving of regular yogurt contains only 9 grams of protein.

- If you are watching your carbs, Greek Yogurt has about half the carbs as the regular kind—5 to 8 grams per serving, compared to 13 to 17 for regular yogurt.

Bey’s recently been up in the studio working on her next album and it seems as though we shouldn’t be expecting any frills or overly elaborate production!

The-Dream, who’s working on her album and also wrote Single Ladies stated:

True Blood Casts Buffy's Original Evil Vampire, Rutger Hauer!

Filed under: TV NewsAnna PaquinTrue BloodRyan Kwanten

We don't know why, but this dude's icy blue stare instantly gives us the creeps… which is probably why he will fit perfectly in True Blood's dark and twisty universe!

Blade Runner‘s Roy Batty and Buffy the Vampire Slayer's original bad ass vampire AKA Rutger Hauer is dusting off his fangs, as he's been chosen to be a regular on True Blood's sixth season!

Rutger will play a mysterious character called Macklyn, a strange man who is somehow connected to Sookeh (Anna Paquin) and Jason (Ryan Kwanten)… eeeee!

It's every vampire lovers crossover dream come true! Just throw in a Robert Pattinson, a Brad Pitt and a David Boreanaz, and we'd be in blood-sucker heaven!
