William Shatner Throws Shade At Reddit, Wishes They Didn't Turn Awful Because 'Anything Goes'

william shatner reddit rules regulations homophobic sexist racist content

William Shatner is just one of a few celebs who did a Reddit 'AMA' (Ask Me Anything) and decided to stick around.

What he found, though, he didn't particularly like. He stays to try and change it.

When he says he's disappointed in the kind of community they have, he's talking about the willingness to look past racist, homophobic, and sexist content that's there… just because it can be. Mainly, he's asking why anyone would, just because that option is open.

Here's what he thinks:

North Carolina Family Gets Kicked Off Plane For Trying To Fit Six People In Three Seats

family-kicked-off-plane-for-too-many-kids-web.jpg

Nice try.

A Charlotte Family tried to fly to Chicago for the holidays but got the boot when they tried to sneak a few extra children on the plane.

Kathy and Jason Fickes purchased three tickets from US Airways; one each for the adults and another for their 3 year old.

They also have a 8 month old and 20 month old twins. Six does NOT equal three.

They managed to get pass security with only three tickets and it took a flight attendant to point out the obvious math problem.

The attendant told the family a child needed to be moved and a passenger behind the Fickes offered to baby sit.

Next, a passenger in first class offered to buy them an extra ticket. Still no dice.

After 40 to 50 minutes, the Fickes were given their walking papers.

Kathy Fickes says they were discriminated against for having too many kids.

Yeah, you have too many kids, that's the whole point!

US Airways states instructions on young children on their website which the Fickes claim they didn't see.

Note to readers: Read the instructions before boarding a flight.

People Of Cuba Will Soon Be Allowed To Buy And Sell Homes!

cuba to allow buying and selling of homes soon

Go Cuba!

We're very pleased to announce that citizens of Cuba will be allowed to legally buy and sell homes by the end of the year.

While we'd certainly consider this to be a positive step in the right direction, there are others who don't feel that way and are concerned about the possibility of "higher prices, mass relocation, [and] property taxes."

There will also be some regulations, such as

Diddy May Be In Trouble Over UStream Fire!

This seems like a little much!

The London Hotel in NYC, where Diddy hosted the party for his new album, Last Train to Paris - and inadvertantly videotaped a model accidentally lighting her hair on fire live on UStream - is reportedly none too pleased about the incident, because they think it makes the hotel look unsafe!

Sources close to management claim that they "are not happy with Diddy" because the fire violates hotel regulations, and the rapper may be BANNED permanently!

Seriously? It was clearly an ACCIDENT!

It's not like people were running around trying to set one another on fire! And yes, it shouldn't have happened, but no one was hurt and it didn't look as though there was any damage!

Seems a little harsh, if you ask us!

Check out the video (above) and see for yourself!

Do U think Diddy should be banned because of it??

Family Guy Causes More Dramz With Its Nastiest Episode Yet!

Happy 150th episode, Family Guy!!

The often-controversial cartoon is once again coming under attack for its most recent, very special episode called Brian and Stewie, where Brian is cajoled by the infant into eating his poop, and then subsequent vom!

Tim Winter, the President of The Parents Television Council, says:

"It seems as though 'Family Guy' creator, Seth MacFarlane, carefully reviewed the legal definition of broadcast indecency and set out to violate it as literally as he could. Given the patently offensive depictions of one character eating excrement out of a diaper, then eating vomit, and finally licking the remaining excrement from a baby's bottom — while the baby expresses physical gratification from having his bottom licked — we believe that the broadcast decency law has been broken. We will also hold publicly accountable the corporate sponsors which underwrote this feces-eating broadcast, ironically a number of which were restaurants."

We're sure it's only a matter of time before the FCC files an official complaint!

Not that it's a shocker!

We couldn't even sit through the entire episode! It's pretty rough.

Thoughts??
