So much for that "Genesis".
Just days after being arrested for drunk driving AGAIN, Matt Hardy turned himself over the authorities following a drug raid that revealed 20 vials of anabolic steroids and some ecstasy in the former wrestlers home.
Matt's girlfriend apparently called the police last Wednesday because she was worried he "was strung out on pills and needed help."
She showed the police a secret safe containing several prescription painkillers, then after obtaining a search warrant, the authorities returned for a full on drug raid.
Sources say Matt was not home during the raid so he could not be immediately arrested, but he turned himself in on Monday.
It SEEMS like he may have finally hit rock bottom (we're hoping it can't get worse) and, despite vowing to turn his life around in the past, is FINALLY going to rehab!
He released an emotional YouTube video (above) to announce his enrollment in a 3-month program compliments of his former employer, WWE.
He's still gotta pay for his crimes just like anyone else, but we're hoping when all is said and done, Matt will walk out of this mess a better person.
