But don't worry! It's only for a TV show!

That's right, Kim Kardashian has been appearing as relationship expert Nikki LePree in a recurring role this season on Drop Dead Diva, and in an upcoming episode of the Lifetime dramedy, her character ends up doing her best Lindsay Lohan impersonation getting caught for stealing and goes to JAIL!

Ch-ch-check out the reality starlet wearing her new, very orange look (above)!

Well, hey!

Look on the bright side, gurl!

Whatever jail you're in OBVIOUSLY still allows for a hair and make-up team, so that's SOMETHING! LOLz!

We kid, we kid!

Not gonna lie, we're definitely VERY curious to see how this all ends up going down when the episode premieres August 26th!

How about U??

The Secret To Developing An Emotional Connection With A Man

It can be hard to break a man's tough exterior to establish a true emotional connection.

A FitPerez reader named Jen is looking to do just that, but isn't sure of the best way to make a man comfortable enough to open up around her. For advice, she wrote to relationship expert Dr. Karen Stewart, asking:

Hi Karen,

Thanks for helping! What are best ways to grow and build an emotional connection with a man? Beer? Food?

Best,
Jen

According to Dr. Karen:

Hi Jen,

"Beer and food" can be a great start to connect with your guy. Men are much more comfortable having conversations with their partners when there are "distractions" between them (food and drinks). Use your meal times to ask him questions that you have been thinking about but start slow!

For example: where would you like to travel, fun things he likes to do, his favorite sports/pastime activities, etc. If you start slow and work into more intimate topics, you will both feel more comfortable being more open and vulnerable.
