Yum! She's gonna get it all over her face!

What a delicious way to spend money AND help kids!!

Sofia Vergara and her curves have decided to team up with restaurant Buca di Beppo for a new charity campaign that involves filling your tummy every time you help out!

They call it Meatballs 4 Niños!

For every meatball meal that gets ordered at Buca Di Beppo — any of them! — $1 automatically gets put into St. Jude Children's Research Hospital's pockets. And the hospital is a dollar closer to helping kids who really really need it!

Hopefully this will help them find cures to save kids fighting cancer and other deadly diseases!

So fab! And delicious!

Kellan Lutz Went Kellan Nutz For The Paleo Diet To Bulk For Hercules!

Even though the Paleo diet ranked as the worst diet for 2014 — as said by the U.S. News, anyway — that didn't stop Kellan Lutz from using it to his advanatage!

How can it be the worst if Adriana Lima is on it?? She's a supermodel!

Anyway, we digress!

Kellan used the strict diet to get into amazeballz shape for Hercules: The Legend Begins (Kellan looks great at the premiere!), and from what we've seen of his body (above)… well, it totally worked for him, anyway!

Here's what he said about his diet:

”I wanted to put on weight, Renny [Harlin] the director, he just wanted me cut, so I had to get cut. If you’ve ever been on a movie set, there’s food all the time. It’s hard to stay healthy because I had milk chocolate bars three times a day, and I’d just eat the whole bar.”

Sounds like it worked in the face of those candy bars!!

Lookin' good Kellan!

P.S. — Now that that's all cleared up… how about you give us the REAL deetz on Ms. Cyrus??

New Study: Vitamins May Not Be As Helpful As We Think!

multivitamins worthless prevent cancer heart disease

If vitamins don't do anything to help prevent heart disease or cancer — two leading killers of Americans — then why did we just spend a whole bunch of money on supplements and take them right before hearing this news??

Bullshizz!

Anyway, about half the U.S. population takes vitamins in believing they help you live longer, healthier lives, and now it's starting to seem that's not the case. We mean, we were all gonna die anyway, why would we ever think taking 'healthy' things would keep that at bay??

Why waste those few precious seconds taking vitamins when they don't put off the inevitable??

Here's what Kirsten Bibbins-Domingo, a heart disease specialist at the University of California San Francisco who's a member of the Task Force that's reevaluating the effectiveness of vitamins, had to say:

Oreos Are Like Crack! Well, Cocaine At Least! Science Finally Does Something Worth Reading!

oreos cocaine drugs health addiction science

Leave it up to scientists to ignore all the real science in the world and to take up a study about delicious Oreos!

LOLz!

We're kidding of course! The study to see whether or not Oreos are addictive like certain drugs — cocaine, for example — is actually very important in discovering how we as humans are getting hooked on junk food!

It's just that in this study, they were totally using rats instead of humans, probably because the ad they placed for volunteers to do a study on cocaine and Oreos had way too many people show up! Ha!

Apparently the cookies trigger the same neurons in the brain's 'pleasure centre' as coke!

Interestingly enough, that wasn't the only thing they discovered! Rats prefer to
