R.I.P. Chester Bennington.

Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington's suicide is hitting the music industry hard!

As we previously reported, the 41-year-old was found in his home after he seemingly hanged himself. All this on the day of his late friend Chris Cornell's birthday, July 20.

Understandably, fans are devastated over the news of Chester's passing as they are still mourning the death of the Soundgarden singer, and many others.

Acrobat Performing At Green Day Show Plummets 100 Feet To His Death — And The Whole Thing Is Caught On Camera

This is the worst.

Pedro Aunion Monroy, a 42-year-old acrobat from Brighton, United Kingdom, fell more than 100 feet to his death on Friday night during a Green Day performance at the Mad Cool Festival in Madrid, Spain.

Worse still, the accident — which took place high above the stage in an illuminated cage in the middle of a tribute to Prince — was caught on video by fans there for the show.

The video itself fortunately doesn't show the immediate impact or aftermath, but it's nevertheless incredibly jarring and should only be viewed with caution by those who can handle what they're about to see (below):

Southern Rock Legend Gregg Allman Dead At 69

Gregg Allman, a Southern rock legend who pioneered a memorable sound with The Allman Brothers for 45 years, has died.

He was 69 years old.

The rocker was well known for his long blonde hair and his pioneering sound that was founded back in 1969 along with his brother Duane.

After Duane died in a motorcycle accident two years later, Gregg led the band for the next four decades, right through their final show in 2014.

What an unbelievably sad day in entertainment!

First, we learned of the untimely death of actor Bill Paxton.

Then, we reported on the other untimely death, this time of young actor Neil Fingleton.

And now… Judge Joseph Wapner has died, we've learned. He was 97 years old.

Wapner was an instant sensation for his work on The People's Court, where he debuted in 1981 and effectively became the very first reality TV show.

Of course, Wapner's pioneering 12-year run on The People's Court also paved the way for other TV judges and court shows, like so many of the shows we know today.

Late last night, when it wasn't clear whether or not Christina Grimmie would survive a shooting after a Florida concert, The Voice coach Adam Levine took to Instagram with a poignant message for the performer.

Prince's Business Affairs Were Out Of Order Before His Death — Now, Rights To His Songs May Be Up In The Air

Prince's business affairs weren't in the best of shape before his sudden death several days ago, and his song catalog may be affected.

Buildings Across The World Light Up In Purple To Honor Prince — As A Rainbow Appears Outside Paisley Park While Fans Mourn His Death

This is so touching.

As fans flocked to Prince's recording studio outside Minneapolis to mourn the singer's untimely death, a rainbow (above) appeared out of nowhere, one of many different tributes in various forms to the late icon.

It wasn't just Paisley Park where the tributes were felt, either — Prince's reach was worldwide, and as such, everything from buildings and bridges in his hometown to iconic structures around the world are showing their love for the legend.
