sherman-hemsley finally buried judge rules

All too often, death is only the beginning of a sad story!

Sherman Hemsley will finally be buried, three and a half months after succumbing to lung cancer.

Since his July 24 death, the Texas courts have been deciding whether or not to award custody of his remains to the actors half-brother or his long time business associate.

Finally, the judge ruled in favor of Sherman's half-brother who apparently has funeral plans for The Jefferson's star.

We always hate to see bereaving friends and family squabbling over the remains, possessions, or estate of a loved one.

Thankfully this story now has a resolution and Sherman can finally rest in peace.

Lack Of Oxygen During Heart Attack Led To Michael Clark Duncan's Death

Hollywood LITERALLY lost one its biggest stars on Monday morning when Michael Clark Duncan passed away.

We knew the Green Mile star's death stemmed from complications of a heart attack he suffered on July 13, but now the specifics have been made available.

His life was initially saved on the fateful day by five minutes of emergency CPR from his fiancée, Omarosa Manigault. Although he was resuscitated, it turns out that his body suffered permanent damage from the incident which ultimately contributed to his death.

Five minutes without oxygen is about the most a human body can endure before other organs begin to be affected. The 6'5" actor experienced problems with his kidneys, pancreas and blood pressure during recovery before the rest of his body just shut down.

So, so sad!

Our hearts go out to all of Michael's grieving family members, friends and loved ones during this difficult time.
