Poor Ashley Tisdale is going through a seriously scary time right now!

After getting slammed on Twitter by Nicholas Fiore as he sent over 18,000 tweets to her since 2012, the Tiz went to court to get this shizz under control.

Not only was he totes clogging up her Twitter, but she is freaked out he might come after her and her boyfriend Christopher French with a GUN!

Super creepy!

She's got this freaked out feeling because many of his tweets have been song lyrics referencing guns. But what makes all this even more horrible is he's already twice shown up at her home and tried to gain entry!

In her documents, asking for some peace of mind, Ashley pleaded:

It really is too bad for Hulk Hogan that once something hits the internet (especially a sex tape!) it can never truly be removed!

Sure, you can get the big players to comply, but what about the infinite number of smaller websites you've never heard of, or the people who totally already downloaded it??

That's why this is such a monumental waste of time and money — because nobody was talking about it anymore. It was already moving its way into obscurity when Hulk decided to take MORE legal action

Police did not have enough evidence to take action against Jenna Jameson after being accused of beating assistant Britney Markham with her brass knuckles iPhone case last week.

However, just because the porn superstar escaped charges of assault after allegedly punching the post-op transsexual in the stomache and back, Britney won't quit until she gets the justice she thinks she deserves.

The supposed victim's lawyer, Adam Krolikowski, explained:

After dealing with some crazy fan shizz, she is getting a little extra and much needed protection.

A creepy, obsessed fan had broken into a house nearby her El Lay home thinking it was hers - and even SLEPT in one of the beds - but now that fan won’t be allowed anywhere near the diva.

RiRi has had her temporary restraining order turned into a permanent one against Steveland Barrow which will require him to stay at least 100 yards away from her for three years.

Her ex Benjamin Bronfman has successfully filed a restraining order that bans M.I.A from leaving Brooklyn with their son Ikhyd back to England.

Don't mess with any of the Real Housewives of Atlanta… especially former housewife Sheree Whitfield!

Sheree was granted THREE temporary restraining orders on February 22 and February 26 after claims that a trio of bloggers were sneaking onto her property to spy and take pictures of the reality star.

While all three of the restrained — including Tamara Brawner, Quentin Latham, and Michelle Brown — have trespassed on Sheree's land for their blog, Chateau Sheree, it was Tamara who put the diva OVER the edge.

The stalker investigative journalist actually ENTERED the mother's home to take pictures and video to post on her blog.
