According to a new statistical study, 1 in 25 teens in the U.S. has attempted suicide, while 1 in 8 have thought about it. Take that in for a moment, as it's one of the saddest things we've ever read.

In this new study, they looked at 6,000+ people. It's no small study. They found that those who internalised their anxiety suffered from raised pulse, and that those who are 'hot tempered' live longer! Over time this results in high blood pressure and an increased chance of developing a wide range of illnesses, from coronary heart disease to cancer and kidney damage. So yeah, get all that stuff off your chest asap!
