We know you've been watching a lot of Apocalypse Now lately, Charlie, but you can't threaten people! Brooke Mueller is NOT Colonel Kurtz!

Yesterday, Brooke Mueller claimed Charlie Sheen threatened her, and she's filed a restraining order against him.

She's already been awarded a "temporary restraining order," which prohibits Charlie from contacting her, AND he must stay 100 yards away from her at all times.

Here's what Charlie had to say about it:

"Great. I was already planning on staying 100 parsecs away from her."

You need to seek help Charlie….immediately. We can't say it enough!

Former managers and part-owners of Eva Longoria Parker's Beso Vegas restaurant, Ronan and Mali Nachum, are suing the actress, claiming she used scare tactics to push them out of their jobs and share of the restaurant.

The couple says that Eva and other part-owners sent out a document falsely accusing them of stealing cash, assaulting a food server, and even punching a female patron.

They also say that an email was sent out using racial undertones, insinuating that booking acts like P. Diddy, Trey Songz, and Kelis were "ghetto events that scare off the high-end customers in the night club."

Co-owner Jonas Lowrance even filed a protection order against Mali, claiming that he was "repeatedly put in fear of the immediate threat of harm to my person and property interest at Beso," and that her presence at the restaurant put his "physical and mental safety at grave risk."

Mali says that Eva also sent her an email saying she wanted to "discuss where my money is … I need to know where my investment is. Very simple really" and when they agreed to meet, the couple were met by six large men, with one holding a video camera, and were given a temporary restraining order to leave or be arrested.

The Nachums are suing for $10,000 for breach of contract and abuse of process and civil conspiracy against Longoria and Lowrance. They'd also like their jobs back.

Yikes! Could Eva be so hardcore?? And why do they want their jobs back??
