SMASH Gets A Creepy, Kooky, Mysterious & Spooky Addition!

Goodness, SMASH season two is morphing into quite the intriguing Broadway Beast!

The theatrical dramedy has already added two actors to fill the spots left empty from season one, and Jennifer Hudson will be holding a high note for multiple episodes…

And now Bombshell Karen (Katharine McPhee) is getting a roommate in the form of Krysta Rodriguez, the actress who originated the part of Wednesday Addams on Broadway!

Krysta plays Ana, a character decribed as a ‘fun’ and ‘spunky’ aspiring theater actress who hasn’t made much of an impression in the business… yet!

Ooo we are SO curious about SMASH revamped! If only we didn’t have to wait till 2013 to view it!!

Megan Mullally Joins Breaking In

Megan Mullally Breaking In

As part of a creative revamp, Megan Mullally is slated to join Fox's Breaking In!

She's joining as a regular!!

Interestingly enough, despite earning a second season, the show is in for some major changes from what it was during it's initial run — it used to be an episodic, "story of the week" kind of show. They're adding Mullally and scaling that back and making it more of an "office comedy," which might upset some of the fans!

But if the story becomes stronger and the writing becomes better, then the change should be welcomed. Who doesn't want a "better show" anyway??

Pretty interesting and gutsy move!

Congrats, Megan!

Did U watch what it was in the beginning, and will you watch what it becomes??

Do Your Ears Love True Blood?

Then why not treat them to something special!

A new line of headphones has just been launched exclusively for the vampire lover in your life. Three very stylish - and rather pricey - pairs of headphones have been released for purchase, each with the True Blood insignia. There's a lot of technical mumbo-jumbo in the description of each, so let us just tell you the basics:

First, there's a pair of on-ear V-80 noise isolation headphones, priced at $200, that have two Kevlar cables - one for your smartphone since it has an attach mic to chat with and the other for your iPods, iPads, etc to listen to music. Oh, and it also comes with a vial of blood. You can determine if its real or not yourself.

Then, there is the n-ear ReVamp Supernatural Silver Bullet headphones, priced at $100, also with Kevlar cable, one-button microphone feature and detachable ear hooks. No mention of a vial of blood though.

Lastly - and these are the ones you're gonna want since they are in limited supply, the individually numbered (400 made) zinc Maker in-ear noise isolating headphones with inset blood-red jewels on the earpieces and a coffin-shaped pendant on the Kevlar cable.

Who WOULDN'T want that?! LOL!

Sounds a little, uh, flashy for us, but maybe its something U'D like? Anyone shopping for a pair right now?

Julie Taymor Talks! Says Shakespeare Would Be APPALLED With Spider-Man Revamp!

julie taymor talks spider man musical

It's been a tough road for Julie Taymor! We can't blame her for needing to vent a little bit.

While it was very nice to see Julie playing nice with the Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark team at the show's opening night, it looks like Julie's still got a lot to say about the new version of the show, which was made after she was fired.

Here's Julie on the Internet's role in hurting the Spider-Man musical:

Seth MacFarlane To Reboot The Flintstones!

Oh man!

If this follows the path of any of his other shows, then we better prepare ourselves for a very different version of this classic than with what we grew up!

Seth MacFarlane has reportedly finalized a deal with 20th Century Fox TV and Warner Brothers Television to reboot The Flintstones as both a TV and film property!

Apparently, this has been the Family Guy creator's dream project, and it took YEARS for the negotiations between the studio bigwigs to reach their conclusion, as the rightholders to the sitcom were extremely concerned with how he'd re-interpret the series!

No word yet on when Fred, Wilma, and the gang will make their 21st Century debut, but expect it to be on Fox!

We're not going to lie, we think that if anyone can revamp the show and its brand of comedy, without making it tired and cheesy, it's him!

We're just scared of what that will mean!

Congratulations, Seth! Or should we say Yabba-Dabba-Do?!

What do U think?? Are U excited for Seth MacFarlane's take on The Flintstones?
