Was anyone else PLEASANTLY surprised at just how hard Lindsay Lohan made fun of herself in the just-released preview for Scary Movie 5?!

In fact, we're hearing that she is downright PISSED with the producers of the latest horror movie parody because of an, ahem, 'last minute adjustment' they made during her cameo that took an extra DIG at her endless array of legal troubles!

According to sources close to LiLo, the working script for Scary Movie 5 contained a scene during which she shrieks loudly, only for it to be revealed that she's watching a clip from her shiteous Disney flick Herbie: Fully Loaded!

However, as everyone who watched the trailer knows, THAT footage was replaced with her watching a MUCH MORE HIGHLARIOUS news report about her probation being revoked!

It seems fate was NOT on Lilo's side this lovely Wednesday morning, as during her arraignment hearing — which she did NOT attend — the honorable Commissioner Jane Godfrey decided to REVOKE Lindsay's probation for her jewelry heist case!!!

A probation violation hearing has been scheduled for January 15th, which Lindsay may be required to attend.

If the judge DOES decide Lindsay violated her probation she could face 8 months in prison!

Holy crap Lindsay really may be heading off to jail!!!!

Dr. Michael Kamrava, AKA the doctor who implanted Octo-Mom Nadya Suleman with multiple embryos, had his license to practice revoked by the Medical Board of California last week for the reckless procedure, and now, it appears that he's appealing the decision!

Uh oh…this isn't going to be the inciting incident that turns Doc Ock into a super-villain, is it? Cough…Spider-Man 2…Cough!

Yesterday, the Beverly Hills fertility doctor who helped Octo-Mom Nadya Suleman to conceive her octuplets was told that his medical license will be revoked next month.

The Medical Board of California accused Dr. Michael Kamrava of not exercising "sound judgment" by transferring 12 embryos to Nadya. He was also accused by the Attorney General's office of being "grossly negligent" with how he treated Octo-Mom and two other female patients.

Here's what the Medical Board of CA had to say about their decision:

“Public protection is paramount. The board is not assured that oversight through probation is enough, and having weighed the above, has determined that revocation of respondent’s certificate is necessary to protect the public.”

Physician’s assistant Robert Lucas of the advice show The Doctors may have his medical license removed by California.

Robert aids plastic surgeon Dr. Drew Ordon, but is being reviewed by California’s Physician Assistant Committee after being convicted of two DUIs in 2008.

Seems like they’re a few years late on this charge!

And this isn’t the first time Robert’s been in trouble. In 2004, he was fined $5,000 and put on probation after he was found administering Botox injections in a beauty salon.

A hearing will be held soon to determine if Robert’s license will be revoked.

Yikes! If he’s that irresponsible with his own life, he shouldn’t be in charge of others as a doctor!
