This guy just can't seem to keep himself out of trouble, can he?

Richard Hatch, who was the original winner of the reality series Survivor, is scheduled to appear in a Providence, RI federal court today over allegations that he violated terms of his probation!

If you recall, the reality contestant was convicted of failing to pay the taxes on his $1 million prize, and spent more than three years behind bars.

He was then released in 2009, but under the condition that he re-file and pay his 2000 and 2001 tax returns, which the federal probation office claims he has STILL yet to do!

WTF?? Seriously?!

We sincerely hope that this is some sort of miscommunication, because he would have to be STOOPID to eff this up again! Unless he wanted to spend another two years in jail!

Seriously, dude? Seriously??

The first winner of Survivor, Richard Hatch, was back in a Rhode Island court on Wednesday for new accusations that he failed to refile his 2000 and 2001 tax returns.

Hatch was convicted of failing to pay taxes on his $1 million winnings back in 2006 and served more than three years in prison. After his release last year, he began a three-year period of supervised release and was ordered to refile and pay his 2000 and 2001 taxes within a year.

Unfortunately, the reality deadbeat star allegedly failed to even do that and will have to appear a January 10th hearing. He faces another possible jail sentence for two years if a judge determines that he violated his probation.

Hatch has not responded to the new allegations, however he did say last month that the IRS gave him two refunds checks, $1000 each, and said that was "unequivocal proof" he owed nothing. He also added, "I'm looking forward to the hearing. That's where you'll hear the facts. This is the only way the facts actually get before the court."

Okaaaay.

To make things even more crazy, when Hatch requested a public defender, he crossed out the word "truth" and replaced it with "honest" on the standard request form, which delayed things and a new form was ordered to be drawn up.

Ugh. Is he for real? Does he want to spend MORE time in jail? Just pay your taxes already!!

ABC has closed a deal with Nicole Richie to star in a comedy about a professional woman/mom character. The show is being written by Jeff Rake, who wrote the 2009 comedy Miss March.

We'll be curious to hear more details about the show's plot as they emerge.

We wonder if this will start a trend. Will other former reality stars get their own scripted TV shows? Would people want to watch original Survivor winner Richard Hatch fighting crime with James Belushi?

Will U watch Nicole Richie when she makes her scripted debut on ABC?

The IRS is not finished with first season Survivor winner Richard Hatch!

He may have served 51 months in prison in 2006 for failing to pay taxes on his reality show prizes, but he hasn't learned his lesson.

The Newport City Clerk's office has a $1,742,711 tax lien filed against Richard for delinquency in 2000 and 2001.

Some people never get their shiz together.
