Either Russell Crowe shaved his beard, or we're seeing him at the end of his run — having run so fast that his beard flew off his face.

We like to think it's the latter.

We're always pumped to see how often Russell gets out for physical activity. He's usually riding his bike, though, so we wonder why he decided to take a jog this time instead.

The thing about hockey is that when you fall, you don't fall off of something, right? That's such a wimpy way to play!

Arnold Schwarzenegger was spotted biking around Santa Monica recently!

He was riding around on a sunny California day, wearing some cool looking shades.

Even though he's getting up there in the years he's still lookin' pretty huge!

Maybe he's been getting his pump on because of his new movie roles.

We're glad to see Arnold back on the big screen!

We wonder if he's maybe preparing to star in Premium Rush 2!
