Well, Michael Lohan does want it shut down!

Lindsay Lohan's alcohol education program The Right On Program is being looked at by the LA County Department of Public Health for its twice annual review and it will apparently focus on their suspicious record keeping!

If there are problems, the program could be shut down!

Michael Lohan has said he wants the program gone because he believes they falsified records and gave preferential treatment to celebrity clients.

Ya think??

And they still aren't giving them up willingly!

District Attorney Danette Meyers served Lindsay Lohan's alcohol education program with subpoenas last month to turn over LiLo's records, but the Right On program isn't complying with her request!

Meyers reveals:

"The alcohol education program is coming to court this morning with their own lawyers to object to the subpoena I served them with. It will probably be one of the first issues we deal with in court. The program is saying that they want me to look at the documents in closed court, and that the copies of the documents be destroyed immediately, and I will object to that."

Judge Marsha Revel will determine whether or not they must provide the documents. Meyers has said she wants to examine SCRAM reps, Lindsanity's probation officer as well as staff members from the Right On program.

A source even says that "there is something very, very explosive within the probation report."

Yikes! So what could happen if she's found to be in violation of her probation? Meyers explains:

"If Ms. Lohan is found to be in violation, Judge Revel will ask me what my position is, but it's only a recommendation. We will just have to see how things go. If Judge Revel does find her in violation, Ms. Lohan could be remanded into custody immediately — it's up to the judge."

The hearing begins this morning at 8:30 AM PST — we wonder what's gonna happen?!

What's going on?

Lindsay Lohan's alcohol education program (Right On Program) has been served a subpoena to appear in court before Judge Marsha Revel after they wouldn't answer deputy district attorney Danette Meyers' questions.

An insider reveals:

"The program director cited privacy laws and wouldn't tell the District Attorney anything, which is very unusual because this has never happened before with any other defendant. These are court appointed programs and the prosecutor frequently calls to ask questions — and those questions are always answered.

"In a different program last year, Lindsay had frequent attendance issues. At the beginning of the year, when she switched to Right On, she had no attendance problems at all. That doesn't necessarily mean that anything is amiss, but when the D.A. was shut down on the telephone by the program director, she decided to have them served with subpoenas so they will be required to testify under oath."

Hmmm…sounds suspicious to us!
