Prince Harry and William

This should definitely be a fun game of polo to watch!

Next month, England's most famous brothers Prince William and Prince Harry will face off against each other as they compete for the Sentebale Polo Cup on June 12.

There is more than just royal rivalry on the line too!

Harry is playing for a team representing his charity Sentebale, which aids young people in the southern African kingdom, while William is playing for Tusk Trust, which protects Africa's endangered wildlife.

Have fun, boys! We can't wait to see who wins.

Giants & Dodgers Unite To Call For End To Violence

Giants & Dodgers Unite To Call For End To Violence

When rival teams walk onto the field together, it normally results in heated competition.

But not last night.

Both teams joined each other on the pitchers mound to stand together as a sign of respect and to send a message to fans that the rivalry between fans should never turn violent.

Giants reliever Jeremy Affeldt and Dodgers second baseman Jamey Carroll spoke for the teams.

Said Carroll:

"There's no room in this game for hatred and violence. It is about respect. This is America's national pastime and let's keep it that way."

Affeldt added:

"I don't have to tell you about the Dodgers-Giants, it's one of the most storied rivalries in the history of the game but in honoring that rivalry and honoring the Stow family, you have to remember when these two teams get on the field and play, we're competitive. But when the last out is made, that rivalry ends on the field, so please respect that."

The reason for this show of sportsmanship and humanity is a reaction to the abuse of Bryan Stow, a Giants fan, who was severely beaten by two men wearing Dodgers gear not long ago. He is currently in critical condition.

This is such an important message. Rivalries, at the end of the day, should be FUN and add FUN to the games. If they do anything more than incite friendly competition they are destructive and pathetic.

Debbie Reynolds Is Happy Elizabeth Taylor Is "In A Better Place"

So sad.

No one would have thought 50-some odd years ago that Debbie Reynolds would be at the bedside of an ailing Elizabeth Taylor in her final days, but today, it seems that was exactly the case. In light of her passing, Debbie has expressed her sadness in losing someone she was finally able to call friend and recalled for sources their final conversation. Of her final conversation with Liz, she said:

"I said, 'Getting old is really sh*t.' And she said, 'It certainly is. It certainly is, Debbie. This is really tough.' I said, 'Well, you just hang in there now, Elizabeth.' And she said, 'I'm really trying.' God bless her, she's on to a better place. I'm happy that she's out of her pain because she was in a lot of pain."

Poor dear. We feel exactly the same way.

Time heals all wounds and we're glad these ladies made amends before it was too late.

Simon Vs. Cheryl!

wenn2718867sc.jpg

Uh, oh!

Apparently Simon Cowell and Cheryl Tweedy are getting into spats during The X Factor auditions and Cheryl isn't appreciating it much!

A source reveals:

"Simon and Cheryl have been winding each other up throughout the auditions and Cheryl did not take kindly to some of the comments. She felt some of it was quite personal and it’s going to be all out war now.

"It has made Cheryl determined to win for a third year in a row, cos that is the only thing that will wipe the smile from Simon’s face. She keeps talking about finding a little diamond and thinks she is the best at being a mentor and nurturing the talent."

Can't we all just get along?

Whose side are U on?

Mexican Singer Dies After Clearing Up False Reports Of His Death

This is just so bizarre, creepy, and tragic.

Mexican musician Sergio "El Shaka" Vega was killed in a shooting Saturday night, after spending the prior afternoon clearing up false rumors that he was dead.

The 40 year old singer was known to sing about Mexico's drug cartel culture, and apparently was targeted by rival drug barons.

He told the press on Saturday:

"It's happened to me for years now. Someone tells a radio station or a newspaper I've killed, or suffered an accident."

So awful. Our thoughts are with his family during this time.
