Even though there have been a TON of sequels, one of the most iconic horror films of all time has to be John Carpenter's Halloween in 1978.
In 2007, director Rob Zombie did his best to remake the classic, and the flick even had a sequel in 2009, but neither one quite lived up to Carpenter's original.

The numbers are in and it's official: will.i.am's latest solo album is an HUGE BUST!
The singer clearly fell victim to one of the classic blunders — the most famous of which is "never get involved in a land war in Asia," but only slightly less well-known is "never release your album when Michael Bublé is charting!"
Despite help from Britney Spears, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, and even Chris Brown — who was arrested for mercilessly beating Rihanna in 2009 — #Willpower sold only 29,000 copies!!!
Coming in below everyone from Fall Out Boy to Rob Zombie, will's solo effort barely cracked the Top Ten!!

Iconic serial killer Michael Myers absolutely REFUSES to stay buried, because the much-discussed third addition the Rob Zombie-birthed reboot of the franchise, Halloween 3-D, has officially been given an October 26th, 2012 release date - despite the fact that there is no official director OR script!
Back in 2009, Patrick Lussier and Todd Farmer had been attached to take on the story, which would have picked up directly after Halloween II, as the former explained:

Rob Zombie is probably best known as of late for being a horror director, and apparently, he's taken that aesthetic to a new medium - detergent commercials!
Check out his very creative ad for Woolite brand laundry detergent (above)!
Apparently, Zombie was going for a Tim Burton-esque, Addams Family vibe…and we think that it's actually very successful!
Full of atmosphere, but still very restrained!
Now if he could only have done that in any of his movies! Ha!
We'll be curious to see if other generic household products try to spice up their ad campaigns with similar commercials!
