The family of Robert Champion, a former drum major in the Florida A&M marching band, is suing the school for allowing a ritual hazing incident that lead to their son's death.
Sources say Robert was "likely forced to walk through a gauntlet of fists" after a football game this fall before collapsing and dying on the field.
The band director has already faced the music and was fired as a result of condoning the brutal hazing, but the Champion's also expect the school to pay for the actions of its marching band.
