J.K. Rowling Gives Us News To Be Cuckoo About As She Has Reportedly Mapped Out 7 Books For Her Detective Series!

Well, we loved the last series of seven J.K. Rowling books, so this news totally Exceeds Expectations!

J.K., who wrote her detective novel The Cuckoo's Calling under the pseudonym The Half Blood Prince Robert Galbraith, has reportedly "mapped out" a plan for a total of seven books featuring Cormoran Strike.

Dare we say she's…Marauder's mapped it out? Oh, we definitely dare!

J.K.'s second book in the series, The Silkworm, hits the shelves this June! Maybe the Silkworm is a legendary beast that lives in a chamber that can petrify people with just the reflection of its eyes?

Okay, that might be a little wishful thinking, but the real plot revolves around the detective Cormoran Strike investigating the death of an author who had written a manuscript that many potential suspects would not want to see the light of day!

All in all, we just want to say thank you, J.K.! The more you write, the happier we are!

Chris Gossage's new nickname might be the Leaky Cauldron after he divulged this top secret info!

Apparently, Chris, a lawyer at Russells Solicitors, told a friend of his wife that J.K. Rowling was the actual author of The Cuckoo's Calling, a thriller novel which was published under the pseudonym of The Half Blood Princess Robert Galbraith.

Chris even told this chamber of secret without the use of Veritaserum!

Anyway, Chris' friend tweeted it and the rest, as they say, is history!

As a result, J.K. has already received an undisclosed amount in the settlement with Russells Solicitors, which she donated to charity, and Chris has just received a fine of £1,000 ($1,645) for breaking client confidentiality rules.

You're just lucky you're not currently a prisoner of Azkaban, Chris.

J.K. Rowling Settles Lawsuit With Pseudonym-Spilling Muggles

J.K. Rowling settled her lawsuit this week against British lawyer Chris Gossage, a partner in J.K.'s law firm, Russells, and his friend Judith Callegari — who were the admitted culprits behind the revelation earlier this month that mystery author Robert Galbraith is actually a pseudonym for J.K..

J.K.’s (new?) lawyer, Jenny Afia, said the incident with Chris and Judith has left Jo Jo “dismayed and distressed by such a fundamental betrayal of trust.”

We don’t know if Jenny also mentioned their loose lips sent Galbraith’s The Cuckoo’s Calling to the best-seller list.

Not that success excuses breaches of confidentiality in any way! But we’re just sayin’!

Chris, Judith, and Russells apologized to Jo, and the author was awarded an undisclosed amount of damages, which she is donating to The Soldiers’ Charity.

Whether J.K. Rowling or Robert Galbraith will get the credit for the donation, we don’t know. LOLz!!!

J.K. Rowling put a real Confundus charm on us!

After making a beloved name for herself as an author by writing the already classic Harry Potter series, she chose to give that name up and write under a pseudonym!

Why would she want to hide her lumos under a bushel like that? It was all about the work being judged on its own. She says:

J.K. Rowling's Law Firm Behind The Cuckoo's Calling Alias Leak!

Mystery solved!

While J.K. Rowling would have liked to keep the secret to herself for a bit longer, we’re thrilled that the truth behind the authorship of her latest mystery novel, The Cuckoo’s Calling, has been revealed!

The book protected J.K.’s identity, as written under the alias Robert Galbraith — the truth only disclosed to those involved in the publication process and her lawyers. And yet, it has since been revealed that the author’s law firm Russells was responsible for the leak.

Though the Sunday Times reported the news, it seems Russells partner Chris Gossage opened up to his wife’s best friend, Judith Callegari — the woman who wrote the tweet outing the book’s true author.

Russells “[apologized] unreservedly” and released a statement confirming its part in the leak:

Where’s an invisibility cloak when you WANT one?!?

With nary a mention of Muggles, Quidditch, or Horcruxes in Robert Galbraith’s The Cuckoo’s Calling, a murder mystery book about a down-and-out private dick that was published this past Spring, somehow the Sunday Times in London still detected Harry Potter-like shadow cast upon its pages.

After a little sleuthing of their own, the newspaper discovered that Robert Galbraith was none other than J.K. Rowling writing undercover!

Upon the revelation being made public, Jo said:
