After years and years of anticipation, Madonna’s super scary stalker recieved his rightful punishment!

Robert Linhart, who was arrested in 2010 for fixing himself outside of Madonna’s New York apartment with eery signs declaring his love, has now been sentenced to three years of probation and court-ordered anger management.

The sentencing follows Robert’s conviction last November for resisting arrest when the incident occurred.

Hopefully Robert will be watched closely because NO ONE CAN THREATEN THE QUEEN AND GET AWAY WITH IT!!!

Thank god she has that hunky hunk of man, Brahin Zaibat, to help protect her now!

Back in May, we told you about an alleged stalker of Madonna’s, who, back in 2010, sent her Madgesty some SUPER creepy love notes outside her NYC apartment!

Robert Linhart, a former firefighter, reportedly parked outside Madge’s Central Park West pad and spray-painted love notes with messages reading:

As we reported earlier this month, Madonna’s stalker Robert Linhart’s case had been dismissed after prosecutors failed to meet deadlines. Now, a judge has picked the case back up again!

Too bad, so sad for Robert, though — the judge decided to reinstate the charges from his arrest outside Her Madgesty’s NY apartment in 2010!

Linhart’s charges include criminal mischief, graffiti AND possession of a weapon — an ice pick!

Robert was found by police with a sign that creepily read:

"M, the Universe brought us together in 1992 and again this year in Prague. Meet me please XXX."

Now, it looks like the judge had originally “miscalculated” the 180 days prosecutors had to bring him to trial!

This time around, prosecutors now have 15 days to bring him to trial and hopefully, are able to get him locked up for good!

It's CRAY to think that Linhart had been stalking around freely for the past two years…all because somebody couldn’t count correctly!

Madonna's stalker, Robert Linhart, has made it clear that he has zero intentions of giving up on his delusional quest for the holy Madge!

After his arrest, he told cops he is allowed to maintain his place outside of Madonna's apartment, but they of course disagreed. Here's what he had to say about it:

"I can be here. This is police brutality. I have a right to do this. I am not doing anything wrong."

And on a more delusional note:

"I keep running into Madonna. I saw her in 1992 and I'd actually like to meet her in person. I won't stop until I actually meet Madonna.”

And a statement from Robert regarding his future plans:

"I'm going to go right back there [Madonna's apartment] and do it again."

We need to keep him away from Madge! According to prosecutors, an ice pick was found in his car.

Unless he's planning on crushing up some ice and attempting to woo Madonna with frozen margaritas, we're thinking the ice pick is NOT a good thing.

Can we please get this guy locked away FOR GOOD already?

Oh, gross! How frightening!

A man was arrested for the second time in FOUR days for stalking Madonna outside of her Upper West Side apartment!

The 59 year old retired firefighter, named Robert Linhart, was arrested by authorities after he strapped a sign to his SUV that read "Madonna, I need you. Tell me yes or no. If it's yes, my dream will come true. If it's no, I will go. XXX."

Well, apparently, he didn't stay true to his word and go, as he was charged with resisting arrest, possessing a graffiti instrument, criminal weapons possession, and disorderly conduct.

He was pulled in three days earlier on Saturday for similar charges - obstructing governmental administration and criminal mistresses - and witness (including Madge's security team) claimed that he had been stalking the queen of pop's home for days.

Security guard Angel Melendez reveals:

"We thought he was homeless. But then we saw he had a car."

Good! Get that crazy off the streets!

Who knows what he would have done if he had actually encountered her?!
