Disney World is getting a dose of Frozen fever — in the form of a new attraction!

Next year, imagineers of the theme park titan plan to gut the 27-year-old Maelstrom ride at the Norway pavilion in Epcot to replace it with a new ride called Frozen Ever After!

This new attraction will feature your favorite residents of Arendelle as they celebrate their winter festival!

Riders can expect to walk by Wandering Oaken's Trading Post in line before boarding logs to see Olaf and Sven setting up for the festival, then visiting Grandpappy Troll in Troll Valley!

The ride will then show Anna and Kristof ice skating with Olaf and Sven, then the big magical moment of Elsa singing Let It Go on a balcony in her ice castle — complete with simulated snow crystals that soar around the room!

The next scene will feature Elsa's giant snowman Marshmallow and his Snowgie friends from the Frozen Fever short. The ride will conclude by the characters waving as fireworks go off!

Frozen Ever After doesn't feature any new songs, but some new lyrics to existing melodies were written for the attraction by movie composers Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson Lopez!

The company is counting on Frozen Ever After to boost the popularity of Epcot. If the ride is anywhere near as popular as the movie, we think they'll be in for a sure spike in attendance!

Idina Menzel & Kristen Bell Lend Their Voices To Disney's Frozen!

It's time for a little fantasy!

Disney has got another animated fairytale in the works … and some very LOVELY ladies have signed on to provide the voices for the leads.

Based on Hans Christian Andersen’s The Snow Queen (The Little Mermaid was loosely based on this tale as well), the House of Mouse is prepping for their version of the story called Frozen. It's the story of a young girl who takes on a perilous quest to defeat an evil Snow Queen, who has kept her kingdom in the cold for far too long!

The role of the Wicked queen will be voiced by none other than Tony Award winning Idina Menzel, while Kristen Bell has been cast to be the voice of the brave, young Anna.

Creators Of South Park Get Mormon For Broadway!

This is going to EFFING RIDICULOUS.

We can't wait!!

The brilliant creators of South Park, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, have always infused their hysterical comedy series with musical numbers and songs, so it's no surprise that they've been working on a stage musical, but one based on the Mormon faith?!

Apparently so!

The team has collaborated with Avenue Q creator Robert Lopez, director Jason Moore and producers Scott Rudin and Anne Garefino on The Book of Mormon, which will revolve around two Mormon missionaries attempting to spread their faith in Uganda, interwoven with the story of Mormon founder Joseph Smith!

WTF?? We know!

But for all the Mormons in the world whose hearts just stopped, you can relax for the most part - despite their usual dose of political incorrectness and satire, the HIGHlarious writers have no ill will for the faith!

Stone asserts that none of their work, especially South Park, would never work "if it didn't have a heart."

"We learned a long time ago that if something is cynical just for the sake of being cynical, it won't last too long."

Parker agrees:

"There's a lot of Mormon stuff in our work because Matt and I both grew up around a lot of Mormons. I've never met a Mormon I didn't like. They're really nice people. They're so Disney. They're so Rodgers and Hammerstein. We're bigger authorities on The Book of Mormon than most Mormons. Broadway is big and scary to us. And by no means are we coming in to kick Broadway's ass. We're pretty sure we're going to get our asses kicked. But Bobby and Scott and Jason have a lot of the theater experience, so with their help, maybe we won't fall flat on our faces."

As bizarre as the concept is, we're confident that these guys will pull it off! They've got a great team assembled and rarely miss their mark.

What do U think?? Are U excited for The Book of Mormon??
