First, we lost Megan Fox in Transformers 3, and now we're losing almost EVERYBODY in the upcoming CGI TV series, Transformers: Prime On The Hub.
The new Transformers TV show will premiere on the Discovery/Hasbro kids' network on Nov. 26.
Here's what President of Hasbro Studios Stephen Davis had to say about the series:
"The classic clash between the Autobots and Decepticons remains true to the central story, so for fans who grew up with it, the studio has really attempted to take the best of the legacy and marry that with a new fresh look and new fresh stories."
Here's what executive producers Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci, who wrote the first two Transformer movies, had to say about the show:
"It's a deeper exploration of everything from what happened on Cybertron to their arrival on Earth. Things we've only hinted at in the movies we can really spend time getting into on the show."
Fans of the original 1980s TV series will be happy to hear that Peter Cullen and Frank Welker, who voiced Optimus Prime and Megatron, will be lending their vocal talents once again.
Obviously this is geared towards kids, but we're sure there are also plenty of die hard Transformers fans out there who will add this to their roster of TV shows.
Will U watch the new Transformers series when it premieres on the small screen?
