Disgraced and recently deceased former Fox News chairman Roger Ailes is getting a biopic, and it's got real star power attached already.

Oscar winner Charlize Theron has signed on to team up with director Jay Roach (Trumbo) for the forthcoming feature.

The project is reportedly being financed by Annapurna, a company also simultaneously making a Dick Cheney biopic (WTF, guys?!) directed by Adam McKay.

Former Fox News Commentator Claims She Was Raped By Anchor Charles Payne In Blistering Lawsuit — & Fox Allegedly Retaliated Against Her After She Reported It

It's been a little over a week since a Fox News anchor has been accused of something gross — which is apparently how long they can go without facing some sort of sexual misconduct scandal.

On Monday, the network was hit with another lawsuit by a political commentator who claims a network anchor raped her.

In a Manhattan Federal Court suit, former commentator Scottie Nell Hughes (above) alleges that Fox Business anchor Charles Payne (above, insert) raped her, and the network retaliated against her when she reported the incident.

Hughes is accusing the network of "victim-shaming" and leaking fake news to the press that suggested the two pundits had a consensual affair.

The 37-year-old met the Making Money anchor in 2013. According to the suit, the two were in New York that July when Payne "pressured his way into Ms. Hughes' hotel room for a ‘private discussion'" and raped her.

The 2017 Emmys didn't get everything right… specifically, who was and wasn't recognized during the ceremony's in memoriam segment.

On Sunday night, Hamilton star Christopher Jackson belted out Stevie Wonder's As while a video played honoring the fallen faces of television — but several noteworthy stars were left out of the tribute, including Dick Gregory, Charlie Murphy, Harry Dean Stanton, and Frank Vincent.

All four actors who died this year had performed in TV shows throughout their careers. Gregory, a comedian and civil rights activist, had starred in Reno 911! and Wonder Showzen, while Murphy, the brother of Eddie Murphy, had starred in Chappelle's Show, POWER, and others.

Stanton (who passed away on Friday at 91) played a number of TV roles, most recently in Twin Peaks: The Return and Getting On, and Vincent appeared in several shows like The Sopranos and Law & Order: SVU.

After the show, Twitter users paid their own tributes to those left out of the segment, including Common:

Bill O'Reilly Says America's 'Hatred' Killed Former Fox News CEO Roger Ailes!

Some would say Roger Ailes didn't have much to live for after last year's career-ending sexual harassment scandal.

But Bill O'Reilly, fellow Fox News fallen angel, knows exactly who to blame for the former network head's recent death: the haters and losers!

A coroner's report determined Ailes died on Thursday after an earlier fall caused a bleed in his brain — however, O'Reilly is has a more controversial theory.

The political pundit wrote an obituary for Ailes in a USA Today op-ed, in which he blamed the technology-driven "hatred" of today's America for killing the former CEO of the cable news network.

On Thursday, it was revealed that Fox News founder Roger Ailes has passed away. He was 77 years old.

This news comes almost a year after a sexual harassment scandal forced the TV executive out of the Rupert Murdoch-owned company. Ailes' wife, Elizabeth, has since confirmed the news of the businessman's death, as she noted in a statement:
