On Monday, a federal appeals court, made up of a three-judge panel, officially ruled that the Pats player WILL have to serve the four-game suspension that was originally handed out by the league. This of course overturns a lower judge's decision that originally sided with Brady.

In speaking about the ruling and the NFL commissioner Roger Goodell, the appeals court said:

Even though Tom Brady came out on top of the whole "deflategate" fiasco, apparently the whole thing could have been avoided if the NFL would have just turned to Ben Goodell!

The seventh grader may have just proved the quarterback's innocence with a science project!

Ben, who is in no way related to the league's commissioner Roger Goodell, did a science project at St. Pius V School in Lynn, Massachusetts on how weather effects the PSI of an NFL football.

Goodell, who was not a fan of the league's ruling against Brady and "didn't think it was fair" took an official NFL ball and put it through several weather conditions for a couple of hours.

On Wednesday, the sports star teamed up with the NFL Players Association to sue the football organization over the result of the appeal.

The suit cites that Commissioner Roger Goodell's bias was involved in the decision, and claims the ruling "defied any concept of fundamental fairness."

The 37-year-old hopes the legal battle will successfully vacate the penalties against him. Earlier in the day, he shared a statement about his disappointment with the National Football League.

As of right now, the attractive athlete can participate in preseason play and the team's training camp, but his beautiful behind will be benched until Week 6 of the regular season.

However, if he wins this suit — like he won the 2015 Super Bowl — he could be back in action the first week.

It'll be very inneresting to see how this all plays out.

Tom Brady isn't the biggest fan of the NFL after Commissioner Roger Goodell upheld his four-game suspension for "Deflategate"!

The 37-year-old wrote:

"I am very disappointed by the NFL's decision to uphold the 4 game suspension against me. I did nothing wrong, and no one in the Patriots organization did either. Despite submitting to hours of testimony over the past 6 months, it is disappointing that the Commissioner upheld my suspension based upon a standard that it was 'probable' that I was 'generally aware' of misconduct. The fact is that neither I, nor any equipment person, did anything of which we have been accused. He dismissed my hours of testimony and it is disappointing that he found it unreliable."

Brady also discussed the controversy that he destroyed his cell phone before meeting with investigator Ted Wells, explaining that he replaced his broken Samsung phone with an iPhone 6 after he was told that his phone wouldn't be investigated. He continued:

Ray Rice Set To Testify In Court After NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell Gets Questioned By His Lawyers

Ray Rice will testify in court today in hopes of having his indefinite suspension appealed.

Just days after Adrian Peterson avoided jail time in his child abuse case, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has to immediately switch his attention over to another ugly scandal.

The commish made his way to a New York courtroom yesterday where he testified and was cross examined in Ray Rice's hearing to appeal his indefinite suspension from the league.

The hearing stems from the footballer's suspension that took place nearly two months ago after footage showed him punching his now wife Janay Rice in an elevator, knocking her unconscious.
