Porsche scores another victory.
According to legal documents, a judge has thrown out a wrongful death lawsuit filed by Roger Rodas' family. Roger was the driver involved in Paul Walker's fatal 2013 crash as well as a close friend.

Similarly to Paul's daughter Meadow Walker, Roger's loved ones felt that the famous car company was at fault for the tragedy. Essentially, the parties believe Porsche's designs are inherently risky and too unsafe to withstand accidents.
Unfortunately for Rodas' fam, a judge didn't agree with their claims.
While Roger's wife Kristine Rodas argued that the car was not built to withstand side impact, that its fuel cell was compromised, and that something failed in the car's suspension, a judge was not convinced. Mrs. Rodas also claimed the passenger compartment wasn't sturdy enough to withstand impact, an argument refuted by presenting evidence that Roger died when he was thrown into Paul, not the compartment.
The ruling heralds bad news for Meadow who remains convinced that Porsche is at fault for her father's death. At the present time, Ms. Walker is seeking damages for the tragedy while Porsche continues to maintain its innocence.
