THIRD Woman Comes Forward And Claims That Roman Polanski Raped Her!

Filed under: Icky Icky PooLegal MattersSad Sad

We knew more would come out of the woodwork eventually.

Absolutely deplorable.

A woman named Edith Vogelhut has come forward and revealed that director Roman Polanski raped her when she was 21, three years before committing the crime that he's spent 30 years running away from.

She alleges that she and Polanksi left a dinner party together in 1974, and although she was willing to have sex with him, the scumbag drugged her, ordered her onto her stomach, handcuffed her, and then anally raped her repeatedly.

She explains:

"I kept quiet for many reasons. I was humiliated, I had absolutely no one to tell and with this group that I told you about at this dinner party that ran Hollywood, they weren't going to believe me."

Absolutely awful.

Vogelhut plans to release a tell-all book about the horrific crime, so we're sure that many will question the authenticity of her story.

Personally, we wouldn't put anything past this monster, and until Switzerland throws his ass back over to the States, then we guess we'll never know.

What do U think?? Do U believe Polanksi's latest victim??

Roman Polanski's Victim Wants The Case Halted

Filed under: Icky Icky PooLegal Matters

Samantha Geimer, the rape victim of Roman Polanski, wants prosecutors to stop the case against the director.

"Enough is enough. This matter should have been resolved 33 years ago…People say I have ulterior motives. That doesn't make it true. I've felt this way from the beginning," she says, adding that he isn't a threat to anyone. "At 76 years old? I don't think so."

But officials in both LA And Washington say they will continue using their limited options to pursue Polanski. State Department spokesman Philip Crowley says:

“A 13-year-old girl was drugged and raped. This is not a matter of technicality.”

We agree!

LA District Attorney Still Seeking Polanski's Extradition

We have no idea why the Swiss are keeping him!

District Attorney Steve Cooley is pissed that Switzerland will not release Roman Polanski to California for sentencing, but if he is arrested anywhere else, extradition is imminent.

Cooley said:

“I am deeply disappointed that the Swiss authorities denied the request to extradite Roman Polanski. Our office complied fully with all of the factual and legal requirements of the extradition treaty and requests by the U.S. and Swiss Departments of Justice and State.

We will discuss with the Department of Justice the extradition of Roman Polanski if he’s arrested in a cooperative jurisdiction.

“We only formally request when we are notified by a government that the fugitive is in their country. The request was filed immediately by this office after the Swiss notified us of Polanski’s expected arrival at the Zurich film festival in September 2009.”

Failure to extradite Polanski is a “disservice to justice and other victims as a whole. To justify their finding to deny extradition on an issue that is unique to California law regarding conditional examination of a potentially unavailable witness is a rejection of the competency of the California courts. The Swiss could not have found a smaller hook on which to hang their hat.”

Sad. So much for justice!

Polanski Will Not Be Extradited!

Filed under: Icky Icky PooLegal MattersPolitik

So much for being a neutral country, Switzerland!

This morning, Swiss officials announced that Roman Polanski won't be extradited to the United States to face the child sex charges against him.

The decision, according to the Swiss, was made after months of waiting for the U.S. to provide a confidential testimony in the case from 1977-1978. The U.S. rejected this request and now the Swiss are calling Roman a free man. This could be the potential end to the U.S.' three-decade pursuit of Roman, and if he travels back to France, he is safe under their citizen laws and now, with all the trouble over Switzerland's deliberations it's unlikely any other country is going to go after him.

And so another child sex offender walks around free in the world. Amazing what dirty politics (and we'd wager a hefty bribe to the Switzerland government) can do!

Way to go, Swiss!

Decision Time, Polanski!

Filed under: Icky Icky PooLegal Matters

Will he or won't he? That is the question!

Swiss officials announced over the weekend that a decision on whether to extradite Roman Polanski to the United States will soon be made.

No further details were released, but a justice ministry spokesman assured the press that “it won’t be long” before Polanski knows his fate.

Let's hope his fate includes a one-way ticket to a Los Angeles courtroom.

It's about a time, don't U think?

Woody Allen Defends Roman Polanski

Ha! Of all people, Woody Allen is once again showing his support for Roman Polanski, who is on house arrest due to a 1978 sex scandal.

Woody divulges that Polanski "was embarrassed by the whole thing," but he "has suffered" and "paid his dues."

Actually he ran away from his dues! And he probably should have thought about that before having anal sex with a 13-year-old girl! Despicable.

Allen continued to describe the director as "an artist and is a nice person" who "did something wrong and he paid for it."

Nice to hear from the man who married his daughter!

Second Polanski Victim Revealed.

Absolutely sickening.

We reported earlier that another woman who claimed to be sexually abused by Roman Polanski was preparing to come forward.

That woman has now been revealed as actress Charlotte Lewis, who appeared in his 1986 film Pirates.

She claims that when she was 16 - four years after Polanski fled the United States - the director abused her.

She presented her case to the El Lay Deputy DA and lawyer Gloria Allred yesterday, but it's unclear if these allegations will play any part in the current case against the monster.
