Ben Affleck's Sights Are Set On Running For Senate?

Do you like apples?!

The guy who played a statutory (anal) rapist in Mallrats might run for Senate! How do you like them apples?

Oscar-winning movie star Ben Affleck sat down with Bob Schieffer of Face the Nation recently to discuss his political aspirations.

Ch-ch-check out Bob grilling him on the likeliness of campaigning for John Kerry's potentially vacant spot in MA (above)!

Ben would neither confirm nor deny the rumors, but, between the politically-charged Argo and yesterday's testimony to Congress, it wouldn't surprise us!

Could the nation ever take the Gigli and Daredevil seriously enough to vote him into office?!

It wouldn't be unprecedented!

Arnold Schwarzenegger was The Terminator before he was the Governator! Former President Ronald Reagan was an outrageously popular movie actor too!

Ugh! We want need this to happen!

Jennifer Garner would be a PERFECT First Lady, LOLz!

Oprah Gives Us A Glimpse Of Jane Fonda's Uncanny Nancy Reagan In The Butler

Oprah Winfrey is just too kind!

On top of giving us the first glimpse of her and Lenny Kravitz's characters from the set of Lee Daniels' The Butler, she tweeted a photo of an unrecognizable Jane Fonda as Nancy Reagan (above).

Srsly! She's almost identical, don't ya think?

And who is the actor playing Ronald Reagan? It's none other than Professor Snape himself — Alan Rickman!

Along with the sweet set pic, the OWN star wrote:

There Really IS A Ronald Reagan Hologram In The Works!

Wow! The rumor actually wasn't that far off!

FOX News, which is frequently criticized for not sticking to their slogan, suggested that a hologram of Ronald Reagan would endorse Mitt Romney on Thursday night before the Republican presidential candidate accepted the party's nomination.

Everyone seemed to know that Clint Eastwood would be taking the podium (although not everyone knew he would be talking to an empty chair), but a Fox anchor went ahead and speculated that the deceased president would be following in Tupac's footsteps.

Well, now someone has confirmed that a holographic projection of the 40th commander-in-chief was actually scheduled to be debuted at the Republican National Convention.

Thankfully, the conservative party was NOT going to allow a brain that no longer functions to endorse a political candidate and was instead going to use an old speech he gave to promote the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act.

Tony Reynolds, an Ohio man working on the project, told sources:

The Late Ronald Reagan Might Endorse Mitt Romney At The Republican National Convention

If you believe Fox News, at least.

The 24-hour news channel is speculating that the late Ronald Reagan could be taking the stage at the Republican National Convention on Thursday to endorse Mitt Romney for president!

The deceased president is one of a few possibilities for Fox since there is a "To Be Announced" speaker scheduled minutes before Romney will officially accept the party's nomination to challenge Barack Obama for the presidency.

So how is a dead president going to give his endorsement? Via hologram, of course! As a Fox News anchor points out

Minka Kelly just signed on to become Jackie Onassis in The Butler and we think she’s a FABULOUS choice to play history’s most beloved First Lady!!

Minka is always struck us as fashion forward but she’s going to need to bring back gloves, hats, and oversized glasses for this one!

We're predicting this movie might be one of 2013's best!
