A member of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir says she has resigned from the famed vocal group over its decision to perform at Trump's inauguration next month.
On Thursday, Jan Chamberlin shared her resignation letter to choir leaders on Facebook, saying that the 360-member group would appear to be "endorsing tyranny and facism [sic]" by performing at the upcoming inaugural.
Chamberlin, who has been with the choir for five years, said the group's participation in the inauguration would "severely damage" its "image and networking," and that singing for Trump would go against her morals. She added:
