Lindsay Lohan has moved out of her Venice Beach condo due to security concerns, but apparently, didn't have another place to live before she left!

However, sources close to the former actress have revealed that she's currently staying back at her old stomping ground, the Chateau Marmont - and for FREE!

Serena Williams Had To Hide In Her Panic Room After Intruder Fear Last Week!

So scary!

Serena Williams was alerted by security and fled to her panic room and called 911 because she thought there was an intruder on her premises! Luckily though, it was just a mix up, and she mistook a random drug tester for an unspecified tennis association for a burglar/prowler!

All the dude wanted was to test her, but come on! We can understand showing up unannounced to people can't prepare, but at 6am??

We would've freaked out too!

Glad everything is okay!

More Than A Million People Have Signed Up For Oprah's Lifeclass!

Wow! What an incredible number!

Oprah, if you didn't know, is putting together a new kind of learning environment and calling it her Lifeclass. Well, on Facebook, she just announced that more than a MILLION people have signed up for it!

It's a good thing it not in a real room! Ha!

It'll be on five nights a week starting October 10th! It can't come soon enough!

We wonder if there will be a final paper…

Beating The Night Heat

Ever wonder why it's harder to sleep when it's hot in your room than when it's not?

There's actually a scientific reason for it, and it isn't just because it's uncomfortable to lie there in a layer of your own sweat.

"Sleep is associated with a steady decline in our core body temperature. It should reach its lowest point approximately three hours before we wake.

Therefore, when we are overheated and this natural temperature drop is impeded, then sleep is disrupted."

Luckily, there are a few things that you can do to help this.

Easily enough, just take a cool shower. It's less about the temperature of the shower, and more about the cooling process as the water evaporates off your skin.

Take it right before bed!

Another cool but odd option would be to get one of those bubbling waterfall machines (with actual water) because it turns out that just the sound of running water makes people feel cooler!

Other than that, get some AC up in that piece! Ha!
