As we previously reported, Avril Lavigne and Brody Jenner got into it with some people at the Roosevelt Hotel in El Lay this weekend. At first, we didn't know the extent of the pair's injuries. Then, they each took to Twitter to assure their fans that they were alright. Brody admitted to having a "scratch" or two from the broken bottle smashed over his head, but it sounds like Avril took one hell of a beating herself. Not only did she explain the extent of the damage, but she also clarified the story a bit.

Looks like someone's got a thing for the taller ladies!

Last we heard from Sum 41 singer Deryck Whibley, we were pleased to see how well he was getting along with his ex-wife Avril Lavigne.

While the two have remained close friends, it appears that Deryck has moved on romantically, as the singer was spotted holding hands with his new lady friend (above) while headed to El Lay's Roosevelt Hotel last night.

This morning, everyone was buzzing over the news that Lindsay Lohan was spotted "pAArtying" with her ex, Samantha Ronson, at the Roosevelt until 2:30 in the morning.

There were murmurs that she wasn't such a good girl while at the hotel, but Lindsay, ever vigilant to keep her good name intact, took to her Twitter to explain herself. She tweeted:

"The reports i was at teddys are inaccurate…I was just at roosevelt to meet Samantha and say happy birthday to a friend. i take my sobriety seriously. please dont believe this accusations. i know the rules and i wouldnt risk probation. xoxo L"

We believe you, BB! Your probation is already in enough risk as it is. You'd have to be really reckless to put yourself in even more harms way. We hope you and Sam had a nice evening though!
