That's why we were SUPER glad to hear that he was joining The Biggest Loser!

Starting out at 462lbs, he has quite the journey ahead of him, and according to him this is how joining the show came about:
We love this gorgeous gal soooo much!!!
After nearly a decade of hosting The Biggest Loser, Alison Sweeney can certainly afford to retire to a tropical paradise and sip on reduced-sugar strawberry daquaris for the rest of her life!
Thankfully for us, the 36-year-old actress, health expert, and mother would much rather help improve the lives of those around her!
She recently shared a ton of useful fitness and nutritional tips with us, because she wants to help make this the healthiest summer of our lives!!!
Ch-ch-check out our EXCLUSIVE! conversation (above)!
From front-loading your fridge with nutritious veggies to the uncomfortable truth about "diets," Alison shares a sweet scoop of wisdom on a variety of subjects!!

Former American Idol winner Ruben Studdard is about to go through a serious change while on television — and we DON'T mean winning another singing competition! Instead, the competition is the fall edition of The Biggest Loser, because he'll be a part of the show!
When we first heard about this, we figured he'd somehow just be involved! We were super pleased to hear he'll be competing!
Well, THIS whole mess just got A LOT more interesting!
We reported a few days back that nine former American Idol contestants have filed a lawsuit together against the reality competition, alleging that they were publicly disqualified from their respective seasons based on their African-American heritage!
But while nobody from Fox or any of the producers of Idol have responded to the claims, it seems as though they won't need to…because various finalists are already speaking up in defense of the show, two of whom are BLACK themselves!
Here are some HIGHlights:

Kimberly Caldwell may not have become the next American Idol during season two of the hit singing competition, but she still managed to make a career out of it.
The singer, who shared the stage with Clay Aiken and Ruben Studdard, has become a regular television personality and her most recent gig is the host of Oxygen's Best Ink — a show competition looking for the best tattoo artist. In a recent interview, Caldwell talked about her transition in Hollywood after getting the boot from Idol, saying:
Yup, this has happened before.
Back in 2008, Ruben Studdard had a property lien filed against him after he failed to pay $200,000 in taxes.
And now the former American Idol champ and his estranged wife Zuri have found themselves in hot water again as they have had another tax lien strike against them in the amount of $180,216.73 for the year 2009.
The two filed for divorce back in November so looks like things about to get even more messier for them.
Seems like Ruben is getting to be known more for his money problems than his music. Sad.
