Kelly Ripa has a pure heart, and a hunger for fitness!

We were SO PUMPED when we saw these pics of her lined up and ready to take part in this years Run Up, at the Empire State Building in NYC. Not only was she taking part, but she was doing it for the Team For Kids charity!

So let's get this straight: she finds time to stay active, and those ways also benefit others???

Quentin Tarantino was spotted out and about in Hollywood yesterday.

When it comes to the celebrity fitness club, Tarantino isn't a regular like Russell Brand, Miley Cyrus or Kim Kardashian.

So it's extra great to see Tarantino out for a jog!

It was overcast and a little chilly (damn El Lay winter) but that didn't stop Quentin!

He knows that his creative brain is his money maker, and your brain can't run at its peak if your body is falling apart.

So he got his workout on!

Health, happiness and violent screenplays are just some of the things jogging could bring your way.

Especially if you're Quentin Tarantino! LOLz!

Way to get out there and pound the pavement!

Nine-year-old Conner is an amazing older brother to seven-year-old Cayden. All he wanted to do was to play sports with his little brother. The problem was that Cayden has cerebral palsy.

So a year and a half ago, they began competing in triatlons together!

Sean Penn may be 52-years-old, but his age is NOT stopping him from getting all sorts of RIPPED!

And now we know how he transformed his bod, he runs every morning in Malibu!!

We don't remember the Gangster Squad actor EVER looking like this, but apparently the air in the beachfront city is treating him right.

Now if only Sean would let us move into his lavish home in Malibu… so we can look just like him! LOLz

A new study out of Spain found that women who walk at least three hours every week are less likely to have a stroke!

Getting your blood pumping pretty well for just 30 minutes a day seems to be enough to lower a woman's stroke risk.

At least compared to those who don't walk at all.

It wasn't even a small amount… it was a whole 43% lower!!

Okay, okay, we can understand if there are kids around. Apparently police in Springfield are looking for a man jogging nude after a bunch of complaints were launched. They can't find him, though, which seems like it'd be the easiest thing in the world.

Either Russell Crowe shaved his beard, or we're seeing him at the end of his run — having run so fast that his beard flew off his face.

We like to think it's the latter.

We're always pumped to see how often Russell gets out for physical activity. He's usually riding his bike, though, so we wonder why he decided to take a jog this time instead.

Okay, we kinda miss the beard. Sue us! Ha!
