Basically, she uses her Nike+ to map her runs and she runs specific routes to draw pictures, because Nike+ tracks your every step and draws on a map the route you've run.

So imagine all the cool things you could draw just by running around your neighborhood??

Angelina Jolie Serves Up Some Olympic Inspiration For Your Eyes In This Powerful Trailer For Unbroken!

Angelina Jolie has been sitting on this amazing film for a while — and by sitting, we totally mean just keeping the amazing preview/trailer from us!

How DARE she wait all the way until today to keep us from the inspiring story of Louis Zamperini (Jack O’Connell), an Olympic runner who was taken prisoner by Japanese forces during World War II. You know, because of the story and not just because Jack O'Connell and Garrett Hedlund are in it! (Garrett cannot be seen in the trailer, but you do hear his voice for a split second!)

LOLz!

Directing such a powerful film like this at 38 must feel so good!

Ch-ch-check it out (above)!

P.S. — Maybe she was putting the final touches on this when she couldn't go pick up a Valentine from a certain someone!

Runner Instantly Wipes Out After Interview About How Easy It Is To Run In The Snow! Watch The Ironic Fall HERE!

Oh no snow! This is the coldest case of hubris we've ever seen.

Runners Cheslea and Michael gave a pretty lengthy interview to Portland's KOIN-6 about how the recent snowfall provided the "perfect texture for running."

After the two said goodbye to the reporter, the not-so-unthinkable happened, and Chelsea ate it in a way that was so perfectly timed, it seemed like a planned PSA for not running in the snow.

Let's put it this way. This video has no irony deficiency.

Ch-ch-check out her slippery spill (above)!!!

Dog Running Is Easy If You Follow These Tips!

trail running w dog 300x237

Walking your dog is so old fashioned!

Running with your dog is totally in!

Not only is it a good workout for your pooch, but it is also an awesome workout for yourself.

Imagine that!!

Here are some tips to get you and your dog started! They are:

"1. Don’t start too young. Dogs’ bones need time to grow and set, so if you intend on doing long-distance running with your dogs, it’s best to wait until their bones have matured. You could start running with some smaller breeds at around 6 months, while with larger breeds it’s best to wait until they’re at least one.

2. Get to the vet. While many of us don’t seek the advice of our doctors before engaging in specific exercise routines, we ought to. And the same goes with your dog’s vet. Letting your vet know that you want to run with your dog will cue the vet to pay special attention to your dog’s heart, joints, and other areas.

3. Build up distance. You wouldn’t go out and run 10 miles on your first trek, would you? Just because you’re ready for that distance now, doesn’t mean your dog is. Let him build up to longer distances, so that his muscles, and paws, and get accustomed.

4. Pamper the pads. Those dog pads are amazing things. They can take a beating like nothing else. But they’re not indestructible. If you choose to run on pavement (trails are a better alternative), this rough terrain can tear up your dog’s paw pads. Inspect your dog’s pads after each run for cuts, glass, etc."

After those tips we bet you can't wait to get running with your dog!
