US Olympic Runner Helps New Zealand Competitor Up After They Both Trip — And The Athlete Returns The Favor! See The Moving Moment Here!

This is an incredible show of good sportsmanship.

On Tuesday, two ladies took a tumble at the 2016 Olympics, during the first round of the women's 5000 meters run. US athlete Abbey D'Agostino accidentally clipped New Zealand's Nikki Hamblin from behind, and she fell to the ground.

On her way down, Miz Hamblin also caused Abbey to come crashing to the track.

While the American got back on her feet almost immediately, the 28-year-old stayed down, seemingly hurt and upset. But instead of leaving the New Zealand runner behind, the 24-year-old helped her rival up.

The UK-born Olympian later described the moving moment, saying:

"When I went down I was like 'Why am I on the ground' and suddenly there was this hand on my shoulder."

The Massachusetts native had said to her:

"Come on, get up. We have to finish this race."

Amazing!

However, Abbey was visibly injured after the tumble, limping as she ran alongside her competitor. It wasn't long before Miz D'Agostino had to completely stop, which is when her knee buckled underneath her.

This time, Nikki helped her rival back up, offering support until her fellow runner could move on her own.

Ch-ch-check out the inspirational moment (below)!

Twitter Is NOT Happy With Ellen DeGeneres' 'Offensive' Tweet About Usain Bolt! See Her Response!

no title

Ellen DeGeneres isn't usually one to tell race-y jokes, but the comedienne's latest visual gag ran her right into olympic-size backlash!

On Monday, the daytime talk show host's Twitter account shared a photoshopped picture of Ellen hitching a piggyback ride to Olympic track star Usain Bolt (above), complete with the caption:

"This is how I'm running errands from now on. #Rio2016"

While the tweet was meant to playfully congratulate the Jamaican athlete — who won the gold medal in the 100-meter race in Rio on Sunday — the Internet couldn't help but find undertones of slavery in the visual of Ellen using Bolt for transportation.

Naturally, the snap didn't sit well with many social media users, who made it clear Ellen (or more likely a social media intern) needed to stay woke on trivializing the achievement of black athletes:

What a d*ck move…

As if the pole vault wasn't already one of the most impressive sports at the Olympics, this year's athletes have some extra stiff competition.

In fact, during Saturday's qualifying rounds in Rio, 28-year-old Hiroki Ogita went for gold… but only got black and blue when one of his body parts hit the high bar.

Unfortunately for the Japanese performer, we're not talking legs or arms here — No, it was his penis that actually got in the way!

Despite the hardship, Hiroki went on to clear two more bars before coming in 21st place for the day, but it was not enough to send him through to Monday's final.

A woman was murdered — and possibly sexually assaulted — less than a mile away from her New York City home while going out for a jog.

Karina Vetrano's father Phil reported her missing at 5 p.m. after she failed to return from her afternoon workout; while searching alongside police, he found her body late Tuesday night hidden deep in marshland of Queens' Howard Beach.

You go, girl!

Michelle Kirk may find the time to be a stay-at-home mom and an avid marathon runner, but she does NOT have time for sexism.

The 28-year-old Ft. Lauderdale mom is currently making headlines after calling out a street harasser for commenting on her "sagging" boobs while she was out for a run on Monday.

According to a public Facebook post, Michelle was training for this November's New York Marathon earlier this week when an old man on a bicycle stopped her dead in her tracks to mansplain the importance of supportive sports bras.

Michelle didn't love getting talked down to her in front of her 18-month-old daughter, so she voiced her disdain online, saying:
