Celebs Hit Up Twitter To Send Boston Some Love

With 3 people confirmed dead and at least 154 people injured from the Boston Marathon explosions, celebs such as Kim Kardashian, Nicki Minaj and Alicia Keys are taking to their Twitter to send out their love and prayers.
It's not yet clear who is responsible for the bombings, but while it's investigated, #prayforboston has become Twitter's top trend.
