The funny lady stopped at Lonnie's Western Room where she ended up singing backup vocals to Rihanna's S&M.

Fashion photographer David LaChapelle will get his day in court after a New York City judge ruled he can continue pursuing his lawsuit against Rihanna.

US District Judge Shira Scheindlin noticed the similarities between LaChapelle's images and those allegedly recreated in RiRi's S&M music video.

However, it wasn't a complete win for the photographer.

The only thing LaChapelle can sue for is copyright violation. The other claims of trade-dress infringement, unfair competition and unjust enrichment were all dismissed.

She just can't catch a break with this one, can she?!

Rihanna is once again facing legal trouble for the music video for her single, S&M, just four months after David LaChapelle filed a lawsuit claiming she ripped off his work!

Apparently, 19-year-old Phillipp Paulus has alleged that a sequence in the clip, which featured the pop star held against a wall with plastic wrape and black tape in X-marks, directly rips off a series of fashion photos he did called Paperworld!

They attempted to settle with Universal Music Group, but after the agreement fell apart, Paulus now plans to sue.

His lawyer, Philip Jakober, explains:

Over the weekend Rihanna put on a sexy show to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Ukraine's Shakhtar Donetsk football team.

While belting out the tunes, RiRi pranced around in a bondage outfit straight out of her S&M music video.

The 'I love you' necklace was a nice touch.
