Carrie Underwood wants Jesus to take the wheel but doesn't really care who takes her house.

The country megastar is moving on up and out of the house she bought with the chump change she got for winning America Idol back in 2005.

The 2,956-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath house in Franklin, TN has been sold for a whopping $372,500.

She bought the pad for $385,000, but after selling 15 million albums and marrying a pro hockey star we're sure she can take the loss in stride!

So, now the poor, poor superstar is gonna have to deal with owning just one home — a $3.2 million custom built mansion in Nashville.

What a shame! :P

If you want to, Jack Nicholson wants you to know that you can totally buy the lot of dirt where his house burned down in September 2011. No pressure or anything, though.

The empty lot once had a 1,300-square-foot Hollywood Hills mansion, owned by Nicholson, but rented out. If you want that piece of history land, you can snatch it up for $595,000. It's a steal!

Mostly because there isn't a house there anymore! LOLz!

Plus, no matter how you slice it, Jack will be adding to his already overflowing piggy bank (reportedly $400+ million), because he bough the place back in 1975 for $49,000.

Might have taken 38 years, but hey — investments take time! Ha!

Vitamin Barn must be having a sale on smile vitamins, because it looks like Matthew Perry has taken quite a few!

The twenty-minute tape (starring a Kim Kardashian look-a-like) is currently in a tug-of-war fight between the seller and Yeezy's legal team.

A source close to his peen the situation spills the deets, saying:

"Kanye's camp has been negotiating for the sex tape so he can buy back the copyright and it's never released. The problem is that adult entertainment companies are offering huge amounts of money for rights to the tape, so Kanye and his team are working overdrive trying to work something out."

Who knew West was so shy? LOL!

Oh, Kanye! Just let it sell and take some of the profit! Even the Kardashians don't care if your thrusting, naked body is out there for all to see.

Holmby Hills, the house Michael Jackson lived in up until his death, has finally sold again.

Before the singer died in the residence, the regal French chateau was priced at $38.5 million. Afterwards, the mansion was bought by Hubert Guez, the CEO of Ed Hardy Clothing, and his wife Roxanne.

The Guezes' asking price was $23.9 million, but the King of Pop's death seems to have darkened the door forever.
