We guess the news of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's reconciliation - and upcoming international promotional appearances - have really gotten those Twi-Hards juices flowing!

With the November 16th release of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 fast approaching, fans have apparently gone ape-shiz buying up first-day pre-sale tickets for the concluding chapter to the franchise…so much so that sales have surpassed those of Part 1!

BIG TIME!

Like, an 87% INCREASE big time!

According to reports, while pre-sale tickets for Breaking Dawn - Part 1 brought in around $627,000 this time last year, Part 2's are already around the $1.17 MILLION mark!

We previously mentioned that Muhammad Ali's childhood home was up for sale.

The owner was asking for $50,000, twice the home's actual value.

Well it's finally sold… for $70,000!!

The actual house is only worth about $23,000.

It was bought by a Las Vegas real estate investor who is a huuuuge fan of Ali.

The new owner plans to restore the home to how it looked when Ali was a child.

We wonder if they're going to make it like a little museum, or if they actually plan to live there at any point.

Either way, congrats on scoring your idol's old house!

The actor wants to sell off a 653-acre estate and vineyard in Napa, California which would serve as a relaxing retreat for anyone with buckets of money to spend. Located between the Napa and Sonoma Valleys within the Mayacama Mountains, the view is stunning and the house even offers a viewing tower to enjoy it!

The house itself is 20,000 square feet consisting of five suite-style bedrooms, six full bathrooms, a library, theater, elevator, cellars for art and wine, a bridge gallery and a super nice pool.
