Quentin Tarantino Has His Eyes On Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio, & Samuel L. Jackson For New Movie Involving Charles Manson Murders

no title

Quentin Tarantino is looking for a new home for his upcoming movie in light of the Harvey Weinstein scandal.

Deadline reports the director is shopping around his script for the film involving the Charles Manson murders to every studio this week (except for Disney, obvi). The pic is being called #9 for now, as it's Tarantino's ninth directing project.

While this movie has been highly thought of as a "Charles Manson movie" – the outlet reports that even though the murders are addressed, it is not totally about that.

It's been reported in the past that Margot Robbie will play the role of Sharon Tate… and now we're hearing Tarantino wrote parts for Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Samuel L. Jackson, who've all starred in his movies before.

There have been no confirmations yet.

We'll keep you posted as we learn more casting news!

Kevin Spacey's Online Acting Class Has Been Canceled!

no title

Kevin Spacey may not have been fired from his main gig on House Of Cards — YET — as Netflix can't seem to decide between giving the show a final season or suspending it altogether.

But it looks like at least one of the Oscar-winner's jobs is over after Anthony Rapp's allegations of making sexual advances toward him when he was just 14.

MasterClass, the company which creates online courses taught by successful celebs like Martin Scorsese, Shonda Rhimes, and Samuel L. Jackson, has announced that class is canceled, telling Variety:

"In light of recent events, MasterClass has closed enrollment in Kevin Spacey's online class."

The course description is still on the website for the moment, but users can no longer enroll. Spacey's class included about five hours of content over 28 videos, including — for select members — individual performance critiques.

Yeah, we're guessing no one would want that now anyway…

2017's Highest Paid Actor Mark Wahlberg Made $42 Million More Than Highest Paid Actress Emma Stone…

Hollywood needs to do better.

On Tuesday, Forbes released its 2017 list of highest paid actors in the world, and Mark Wahlberg landed the number one spot with $68 million.

The 46-year-old Boston-native made tons of dough from his roles in Transformers: The Last Knight and the forthcoming Daddy's Home 2.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson came in second place by making $65 million, while Vin Diesel finished third with a whopping $54.5 million.

As we reported, 2017's highest paid actress Emma Stone made $26 million, which is $42 million less than Wahlberg. In fact, the top 14 actors all made more than the La La Land starlet, including costar Ryan Gosling (#14, $29 million).

This is so damn frustrating!

Jennifer Lawrence! Brad Pitt! Margot Robbie! Quentin Tarantino's Next Movie Is Going To Be A Star-Studded Descent Into Hollywood's Darkest Story…

no title

This movie sounds AMAZING!

Word of a new Quentin Tarantino script is always hot news in Hollywood, but this one is particularly juicy — because it's all about one of the town's darkest moments.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, QT's ninth film will be a retelling of the Manson Family murders, in which followers of Charles Manson brutally killed five people, including director Roman Polanski's wife, actress Sharon Tate, who was eight months pregnant at the time.

THR reports Tarantino has already met with his Inglourious Basterds star Brad Pitt and Jennifer Lawrence, who sources say is not looking at the Tate role — maybe her killer, Susan Atkins?

Meanwhile Deadline has gotten the scoop that Pitt may play a detective investigating the crime, and Margot Robbie has already met with the director for Tate! With the reported addition of Samuel L. Jackson (we mean, did you really doubt it??), this is shaping up to be one hell of a cast.

Obviously none of this is confirmed, and QT could always change his mind. But we hope not…

Loose Snake Freaks Out Passengers On Alaskan Flight!

no title

Where's Samuel L. Jackson when you need him?

Passengers on an Alaskan flight were freaked out after it was discovered there was some loose cargo on board: an actual live snake!

Local press reported that the pale snake was spotted during the 90-minute Ravn Alaska flight between Aniak and Anchorage on Sunday.

Video: Steve Irwin's Son Freaks Out Jimmy Fallon With A Snake!

Passenger Anna McConnaughy told KTVA the pilots informed passengers that a snake was loose about 15 minutes after takeoff. The snake was spotted moments later by a boy in the last row, who found the snake curled up under a carry-on bag near his seat.

The flight attendant was the real MVP, jumping into action and scooping up the snake (with her hands!!) before putting it in a trash bag.

Airline spokesperson William Walsh said the passenger had violated policy in bringing the (motherfuckin') snake on the (motherfuckin') plane, saying in a statement:

"For the purpose of preserving cabin safety for the greater traveling public, Ravn Alaska prohibits all rodents, ferrets, reptiles, snakes, insects or any type of venomous or poisonous creature from being used as an emotional support animal."

A snake as an emotional support animal? What emotions does this reptile support other than evolutionary-based fear!?

We're glad there were no injuries, and hope none of these poor passengers has PTSD from the surprise snake disturbance.

The rep did not confirm what breed of snake was on board, but the animal looks to be at least four to five feet long from the photos.

Daniel Kaluuya responds!

Nearly a week later and Get Out star Daniel Kaluuya is responding to Samuel L. Jackson's controversial comments about the film's casting!

In case you missed it, the 68-year-old actor faced some backlash after saying the racially-charged horror film should have starred an American actor instead of Daniel, who was born in London. Samuel later clarified he wasn't trying to slam the actor, but was just making a point.

Well, it definitely sounds like the British star has something to say to The Hateful Eight actor!
